Հայտնի երգչուհի Մադոննան շարունակում է հիացնել իր կատարյալ արտաքին տեսքով մինչ օրս: Նա արդեն 50-ն անց է, սակայն ունի հիանալի կազմվածք և լի է էներգիայով: Ընդ որում՝ նրա կազմվածքը պլաստիկ վիրաբուժությունների արդյունք չէ, այլ քրտնաջան աշխատանքի ու անկոտրում կամքի, ինչպես նաև երգչուհու անձնական դիետոլոգ Ռեյ Կիբարտասի խորհուրդների:

Ռեյը Մադոննայի համար մշակել է հատուկ մի դիետա, որին երգչուհին հետևում է արդեն երկար տարիներ: Այս դիետան բավական խիստ է, սակայն շատ արդյունավետ: Այնուամենայնիվ՝ սա չի նշանակում, որ երգչուհին քաղցած է մնում: Երբեմն Մադոննան նույնիսկ շոկոլադե կոնֆետներ է ուտում: Դիետոլոգը վստահ է, որ պետք չէ հրաժարվել սիրելի մթերքից, քանի որ այդ դեպքում տուժում են նյարդերը:

Բացի այդ, հարկավոր է նաև վարել ակտիվ կենսակերպ, որը շատ օգտակար կլինի ոչ միայն կազմվածքի, այլև ինքնազգացողության համար:

Մադոննայի դիետայի հիմնական կանոնները

1. Հարկավոր է լիարժեք սնունդ, որը կպարունակի անհրաժեշտ քանակությամբ սպիտակուցներ, ածխաջրեր և ճարպեր (30:30:40 հարաբերակցությամբ): Ճիշտ չափաբաժնով սնվելու համար հարկավոր է հիշել, որ սպիտակուցային սննդի մեկ բաժինը պետք է լինի բռունցքի չափ, ածխաջրային սննդին մեկ բաժինը՝ երկու անգամ ավել, իսկ յուղ հարկավոր է օգտագործել շատ քիչ քանակությամբ:

2.  Սննդակարգում պետք է առկա լինի նաև պարզ ածխաջրեր պարունակող մթերք (կանաչեղեն, բանջարեղեն, մրգեր), իսկ օսլա և բարդ ածխաջրեր պարունակող սննդամթերքը (կարտոֆիլ, հաց, մակարոնեղեն) հարկավոր է բացառել կամ խիստ սահմանափակել:

3.  Չի կարելի օգտագործել ճարպոտ սննդամթերք, սակայն սննդակարգում ճարպեր այնուամենայնիվ պետք է լինեն, քանի որ դրանք էներգիա են հաղորդում և առաջացնում են հագեցածության զգացում:

4.  Հարկավոր է կտրականապես բացառել ալկոհոլն ու կոֆեինը, որոնք, ինչպես Մադոննան է կարծում, կանանց գլխավոր թշնամիներն են և մեծացնում են ախորժակը:

Մադոննայի դիետայի ճաշացանկը

Նախաճաշին՝ երկու ձվի սպիտակուցով տոստի հաց, մեկ հատ խաշած  ձու, մեկ հատ որևէ միրգ՝ խնձոր, դեղձ կամ նարինջ:

Ճաշին՝ մի կտոր հաց՝ պատրաստված ամբողջական հացահատիկի ալյուրից, հավի կրծքամիս անյուղ մայոնեզով:

Ընթրիքին՝ խաշած ձուկ, բանջարեղեն, ½ խորոված կարտոֆիլ:
