Իդլիբում հարձակման մասին ՄԱԿ-ը լիարժեք տեղեկատվության չի տիրապետում: Վկայակոչելով ՏԱՍՍ-ը, այս մասին Արտաքին քաղաքականության և անվտանգության հարցերով ԵՄ բարձր հանձնակատար Ֆեդերիկա Մոգերինիի հետ համատեղ ասուլիսում հայտարարել է Սիրիայի հարցով ՄԱԿ-ի բանագնաց Ստեֆան դե Միստուրան:
«Լիարժեք տեղեկատվությունը դեռևս չկա, սակայն մենք կարծում ենք, որ հարվածը հասցվել է օդից»,- նշել է պաշտոնյան: Նա նաև նշել է, որ «Իդլիբում քիմիական հարձակման» խնդրով կգումարվի ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստ: «ՄԱԿ-ը կպահանջի, որպեսզի մեղավորները պատժվեն»,- նշել է դե Միստուրան:
