Արաբագետը Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի ահաբեկչության մեջ տեսնում է Իսլամական պետության» ձեռագիրը

Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի մետրոյում տեղի ունեցած ահաբեկչական գործողությունն, ըստ նախնական վարկածի, «Իսլամական պետության» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման ձեռքի գործն է: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց արաբագետ Սարգիս Գրիգորյանը:
«Չնայած դեռ որևէ մեկը չի ստանձնել ահաբեկչության պատասխանատվությունը, բայց, միևնույն է, ձեռագիրը նույնն է: Մի կողմ թողնենք այն, որ այս գործողությունը դիտարկվում է ռուսական ներքին զարգացումները զսպելու համատեքստում, «Իսլամական պետության» ձեռագիրն ակնհայտ է և այս անգամ Ռուսաստանը ևս թիրախավորվեց: Գործել է մահապարտ ահաբեկիչ և առաջին անգամ է , որ նա կենտրոնական Ասիայից է, այսինքն, ինչպես տեսնում ենք, ծայրահեղ իսլամականների շրջանակն ընդլայնվում է»,-ասաց Սարգիս Գրիգորյանը::
Ապրիլի 4-ին ԻՊ մամուլի խոսնակը ուղերձ հղեց, որտեղ կոչ էր արվում ահաբեկչական գործողություններ իրականացնել Եվրոպայում, ԱՄՆ-ում, սակայն Պետերբուրգի մասին ոչինչ չասվեց: «Ամբողջ վերլուծությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ աշխարհում ահաբեկչական սպառնալիքն ավելի է ուժգնանում, հնարավոր չի դառնում այն հսկել, վերահսկել, ահաբեկիչների գործողությունները կանխարգելել: Ի վերջո ամեն իսլամական չէ, որ ահաբեկիչ է, ամեն ահաբեկիչ չէ, որ իսլամական է: Մենք գործ ունենք մի երևույթի հետ, որն անկանխատեսելի է ու համատարած է դառնում»,-ավելացրեց Սարգիս Գրիգորյանը:
Արդյո՞ք Ռուսաստանը պատասխան գործողությունների կգնա, դեռ պարզ չէ, ամեն դեպքում, արաբագետը նկատեց, որ Մերձավոր Արևելքում «Իսլամական պետության» դեմ պայքարը դեռ շարունակվելու է:
Ապրիլի 3-ին Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի մետրոյում պայթյուններ տեղի ունեցան, որոնց հետևանքով 10-ից ավելի մարդ է զոհվել, մի քանիտասնյակն էլ` վիրավորվել։ Տուժածների թվում կան երեխաներ։ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի մետրոյի կայարաններից մեկում պայթյունըորոտացել է «Տեխնոլոգիական ինստիտուտ» և «Սենայի հրապարակ» կայարանի մոտ։ Հարուցված է քրեական գործ «Ահաբեկչություն» հոդվածով, այնուամենայնիվ, հետաքննությունը դիտարկում է տեղի ունեցածի նաև այլ տարբերակներ։ Ապրիլի 4-ից Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում հայտարարվել է եռօրյա սուգ։
