Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում կայացած աշխատանքային հերթական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ, որը վարել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը,  զեկուցվել է, որ մայրաքաղաքում ապօրինի շինարարության և հողազավթման դեպքերի հայտնաբերման ու կանխման ուղղությամբ իրականացվող ամենօրյա հսկողության արդյունքում նախորդ շաբաթ արձանագրվել է 7 դեպք, որոնց մասով ձեռնարկվել են համապատասխան քայլեր: Վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին և համապատասխան ծառայություններին հանձնարարվել է, Երևան քաղաքի ոստիկանության հետ համագործակցելով, շարունակել խստացված հսկողությունն այդ ուղղությամբ:

«Թեև պետք է արձանագրենք, որ վերջին տարիներին զգալիորեն նվազել են ապօրինի շինարարությունների և հողազավթումների դեպքերը, այնուամենայնիվ, մեր նպատակն այն ամբողջությամբ վերացնելն է: Դրա համար պարբերաբար իրազեկե՛ք մեր համաքաղաքացիներին, որ իզուր չնախաձեռնեն ապօրինի շինարարություն, քանի որ դրանք հաստատ կքանդվեն, ու օրենքը խախտողներն էլ կենթարկվեն վարչական պատասխանատվության՝ վճարելով խոշոր տուգանքներ: Ի վերջո, մենք բավականին պարզեցրել ենք շինթույլտվությունների տրամադրման ընթացակարգերն ու, համոզված եմ, եթե հանրությանը պատշաճ ներկայացնեք այդ ամենը, դժվար թե մարդիկ գնան ապօրինության՝ իմանալով, որ թե՛ շինության վրա ծախսած գումարներն են ջուրը լցվելու, և թե՛ խոշոր տուգանքներ են վճարելու դրա համար»,-ընդգծել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը:

Խորհրդակցության ժամանակ նաև զեկուցվել է, որ մայրաքաղաքում շարունակվում է ամենօրյա հսկողությունը բացօթյա ապօրինի առևտրի և չնախատեսված վայրերում աղբ թափելու դեպքերը հայտնաբերելու և կանխելու ուղղությամբ: Բացօթյա ապօրինի առևտրի կանխարգելման մասով քաղաքապետը պատասխանատուներին և վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին հանձնարարել է ոստիկանության հետ համագործակցված շարունակել խստացված հսկողությունն ու քայլեր ձեռնարկել բացօթյա ապօրինի առևտուրը բացառելու ուղղությամբ:
