ՀՀ ԱԻՆ-ը շարունակում է անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի կիրառման ծրագիրը

ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունում կայացել է անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի կիրառմամբ սելավավտանգ հատվածների և սողանքային գոտիների ուսումնասիրության արդյունքների քննարկումը: Այս մասին տեղեկացանք ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության պաշտոնական կայքից` հավելելով. «ՀՀ ԱԻՆ-ը ՄԱԿ-ի զարգացման ծրագրի և Արմ ենակ Խանփերյանցի անվան ռազմական ավիացիոն համալսարանի հետ համատեղ՝ «DG ECHO» ծրագրի ֆինանսավորմամբ, Սյունիքի մարզի Կապան քաղաքային համայնքում իրականացրել է սելավավտանգ հատվածների և սողանքային գոտիների ուսումնասիրություն: Ուսումնասիրությունն իրականացվել է «Համայնքային դիմակայունության և բնապահպանական արտակարգ իրավիճակներին պատրաստվածության կարողությունների զարգացման» ծրագրի շրջանակում և նպատակ ունի բացահայտել ու մոդելավորել ռիսկերը տեղանքի սելավավտանգ հատվածներում:
Անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի կիրառումն ՀՀ ԱԻՆ փրկարար ծառայության աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ ապահովել են Արմենակ Խանփերյանցի անվան ռազմական ավիացիոն համալսարանի մասնագետները:
Համալսարանի ռեկտոր, գեներալ-մայոր Դանիել Բալայանը ներկայացրեց ստացված արդյունքները, առաջարկեց հետագա համագործակցության մի քանի անելիքներ:
Կատարված աշխատանքները հնարավորություն են տալիս կազմել սելավավտանգ տարածքների և սելավատարերի ողջ երկայնքի մոդելավորում, տեսնել պոչամբարների պատվարների հնարավոր փլուզման հետևանքները, հետևել սողանքային վտանգավոր գոտիների զարգացմանը և հստակեցնել արտակարգ իրավիճակներում փրկարարական ուժերի ճիշտ տեղաբաշխումը:
Նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը, անդրադառնալով անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի կիրառմանը արտակարգ իրավիճակներում, շեշտեց, որ ավիացիոն համալսարանի հետ համագործակցությունն ամուր է ու ստացված.
- Այս համատեղ աշխատանքը լուրջ արդյունք է խոստանում՝ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում Արտակարգ իրավիճակներինախարարության անելիքները ճիշտ և արդյունավետ կազմակերպելու համար, - եզրափակեց նախարարը:
Անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի կիրառումն աղետների ռիսկերի նվազեցման ոլորտում նպատակ ունի արդիականացնել և բարձրացնել նաև բնակչության պատրաստվածության մակարդակը: Անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի միջոցով ստացված տվյալները ներառվելու են ՀՀ ԱԻՆ ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնի Երկրատեղեկատվական համակարգերում՝ համալրելով տեղեկատվական շտեմարանները»:
