Մոսկվան հույս ունի, որ ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կողմերը կվերադառնան բանակցային սեղանի մոտ ու կվերսկսեն երկխոսությունը, որն ուղղված է կայուն կարգավորում ապահովելուն։ Այս մասին հայտնել է Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան։
Նա հիշեցրել է, որ այսօր՝ ապրիլի 5-ին, ուղիղ մեկ տարի է լրանում այն օրվանից երբ Մոսկվայում ձեռք է բերվել պայմանավորվածություն ղարաբաղյան համակարտության գոտում շփման գծում լայնածավալ մարտական գործողությունները դադարեցնելու մասին։ «Դա 1994-ին կնքված հրադադարի մասին համաձայնագրի ամենալուրջ խախտումն էր։ ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ համանախագահ երկրների, միջազգային կազմակերպությունների կողմից ձեռնարկվել են ակտիվ ջանքեր, որոնք ուղղված են հակամարտության գոտում իրավիճակի կայունացմանն ու խաղաղ գործընթացի առաջ մղման համար պայմանների ստեղծմանը։
Մասնավորապես այս թեմային են նվիրված եղել ղարաբաղյան կարգավորման շուրջ գագաթնաժողովները, որոնք կայացել են 2016-ին Վիեննայում ու Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում։ Այդ ուղղությամբ աշխատանքը շարունակվում է բոլոր մակարդակների վրա։
