Հայաստանում սեռով պայմանավորված հղիության արհեստական ընդհատումները նվազել են

Պտղի սեռով պայմանավորված հղիության արհեստական ընդհատումների հիմնախնդրի հաղթահարման գործում որոշակի դրական միտումներ են արձանագրվել։ Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից, 2008-2012թթ. նորածիների աղջիկ-տղա հարաբերակցության միջին ցուցանիշը կազմել է 100:115, 2014թ.` 100:113,4, 2015թ.` 100:112,7, իսկ 2016թ.` 100:111,9:
ՄԱԿ-ի Բնակչության հիմնադրամի տվյալներով ծնունդների բնականոն սեռային հարաբերակցություն է համարվում 102-106 տղա յուրաքանչյուր 100 աղջիկ նորածնի հաշվով։
Սեռերի անհամամասնության խնդիրը Հայաստանում ի հայտ է եկել դեռևս 1990-ական թվականներին: 2008-2012թթ. այն հասել էր վտանգավոր սահմանագծի և դարձել ժողովրդագրական լուրջ խնդիր: 2011թ. յուրաքանչյուր 100 աղջկա հաշվով ծնվել է 114 տղա: Երրորդ և հաջորդ երեխաների դեպքում այդ ցուցանիշն ավելի բարձր էր (2008-2012թթ. միջին ցուցանիշը կազմել է 164 տղա` 100 աղջկա դիմաց): Խնդիրը հատկապես արտահայտված էր Գեղարքունիքի, Արագածոտնի և Արմավիրի մարզերում:
Ծնունդների սեռային տարբերության շարունակումն ապագայում կարող էր ծնունդների թվի աննախադեպ նվազման պատճառ դառնալ։
Իրավիճակի շտկման նպատակով ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը հանդես եկավ օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությամբ։ 2016թ. «Մարդու վերարտադրողական առողջության և վերարտադրողական իրավունքների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում ամրագրվեց սեռով պայմանավորված հղիության ընդհատումների արգելքը։ Զուգահեռաբար իրականացվեցին կրթական և հանրային իրազեկման լայնամասշտաբ աշխատանքներ։
Հաջողությամբ իրականացվում է «Պտղի սեռով պայմանավորված հղիության արհեստական ընդհատումների կանխարգելման 2015-2017թթ. ծրագիրը», որում ընդգրկվել են նաև միջազգային կառույցներ («Մարդկային զարգացման միջազգային կենտրոն», «Փրկեցեք երեխաներին», «Վորլդ Վիժն») և տեղական հասարակական ու համայնքային կազմակերպություններ:
Ձևավորվել է «Տեղական մասնակցության և ոչ խտրականության» Փորձի և գիտելիքի փոխանակման ցանց։ Կազմակերպվել է 494 հանդիպում-քննարկում։ Քննարկումներ են կազմակերպվել նաև սոցիալական ցանցերում։
Հեռարձակվել են 33 թեմատիկ հաղորդումներ և թոք-շոուներ, որոնք դիտել է շուրջ 350 հազար մարդ: Մշակվել է սոցիալական 2 հոլովակ:
Համայնքներում ձևավորված 25 քաղաքացիական ակտիվ խմբերը մարզերի թիրախ համայնքներում կազմակերպել են շուրջ 280 հանդիպում-քննարկում։
Միաժամանակ, հղիներին նախածննդյան խորհրդատվություն տրամադրող բուժաշխատողների համար կազմակերպվել են սեմինարներ, ՄԱԿ-ի բնակչության հիմնադրամի հետ հրատարակվել է շուրջ 300 մեթոդաբանական ձեռնարկ։
