Նավթի համաշխարհային գնանկման պատճառով տնտեսական ճգնաժամում հայտնված Ադրբեջանի ֆինանսական հատվածը հայտնվել է ծանր վիճակում:
Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է report.az լրատվական կայքը` հղում կատարելով Համաշխարհային տնտեսական ֆորումը կազմակերպող Global Competitiveness Report 2015-2016 զեկույցին:
Զեկույցի` Ադրբեջանին վերաբերող բաժնում ասվում է, որ ներկա ծանր պայմաններում երկարատեւ տնտեսական աճ ապահովելու համար հիմնականում չմշվակված ապրանք արտահանող Ադրբեջանը պետք է վերակազմավորի իր տնտեսությունը, դիվերսիֆիկացնի ու շուկայական քաղաքականություն իրականացնի:
Զեկույցի հեղինակներն Ադրբեջանում ստեղծված ծանր ֆինանսական վիճակը պայմանավորել են բիզնեսի հատվածում կոռուպցիայի խնդրահարույց լինելը եւ ֆինանսական հատվածի զարգացված չլինելը, ինչի հիմնական խնդիրն է հանդիսանում մասնավոր ներդրումների կարիք ունեցող Ադրբեջանի համար:
Թեմայի առնչությամբ ադրբեջանցի տնտեսագետ-փորձագետ Գադիր Իբրահիմլին Ադրբեջանի ֆինանսական հատվածի ծանր դրությունը բացատրել է այդ ոլորտում ձեռնարկությունների` փոխադարձ պարտքերի մեջ լինելու խնդրով:
Նրա խոսքով` համատարած կոռուպցիան Ադրբեջանում հանդիսանում է այդ ոլորտի զարգացման գլխավոր խոչընդոտը:
«Երկրի ֆինանսական հատվածի չզարգանալը կապված է հենց կոռուպցիայի գործոնի հետ: Պետական բյուջեի նշանակալից մասը ձեւավորող պետական եւ մասնավոր ընկերությունների միմյանց ունեցած փոխադարձ պարտքերի չափը գրեթե հավասարվել է պետբյուջեի կեսին: Նման վիճակում բանկային համակարգը չի կարող նորմալ զարգանալ: Դա շատ խիստ խնդիր է: Հենց այդ փոխադարձ մեծ պարտքերն են բերում ֆինանսական հատվածի անկմանը», -ընդգծել է ադրբեջանցի տնտեսագետը:
Ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ների համաձայն` ներկայում ադրբեջանական բանկերին խոշոր պարտքային պարտավորություններ ունեցող միայն ֆիզիկական անձանց թիվը գերազանցում է 2,5 մլն-ը:
