Ագրարային համալսարանի դահլիճն ապրիլի 6-ին լեփ-լեցուն էր 2016թ. ապրիլյան պատերազմում մարտական հերթապահություն իրականացրած ուսանողներով։ Նրանք Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամի կողմից արժանացան ուսման վարձի փոխհատուցման։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամից:

Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի համակարգող, ԱԺ պատգամավոր Կարեն Ավագյանը իր խոսքում նշեց, որ սա Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամի՝ ուսման վարձի փոխհատուցման հերթական ծրագիրն է, որն իրականացվում է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ համատեղ` կառավարության և կրթության և գիտության նախարարության աջակցությամբ։ «Մենք այս ծրագիրն իրականացնում ենք ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հանձնարարականով։ 2016թ. ապրիլյան պատերազմի ժամանակահատվածում մարտական հերթապահության մեջ ընդգրկված մոտ 450 զինծառայողներ, որոնք բուհեր ի կողմից ստանում են ուսման վարձի 30 տոկոս զեղչ, Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամի և ՊՆ համատեղ ծրագրի շրջանակներում կստանան լրացուցիչ 20 տոկոս զեղչ»,- նշեց Կարեն Ավագյանը։

ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը կարևորեց այս ծրագիրը, որի հետևանքները կերևան առաջիկա տարիների ընթացքում. «Խոսքը միայն ուսման վարձի փոխհատուցման մասին չէ։ Խոսքը մեր երկրի համար կարևորագույն սկզբունքների պահպանմանն է վերաբերում։ Մարդիկ, որոնք զենքը ձեռքին կատարել են իրենց պարտքը հայրենիքի հանդեպ և այժմ վերադարձել են ուսանողական նստարանին, պետք է շարունակեն իրենց առաքելությունը։ Պաշտպանության նախարարը մի մեծ գաղափար է շրջանառության մեջ դրել՝ մեկ ազգ, մեկ բանակ։ Դա խորը գաղափար է, և մենք իրավունք չունենք այն թողնեÕ ¬ միայն ձևի մեջ, այն պետք է հարստացվի նաև բովանդակությամբ։ Բոլորը պետք է իմանան, որ մեր խաղաղության տեսակը միայն հաղթական է լինելու»։

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանն իր շնորհակալությունը հայտնեց մարտական հերթապահություն իրականացրած բոլոր ուսանողներին, որոնք ստացան հավաստագրեր։ «Այս հավաստագրերը վկայությունն են, որ ապրիլյան բավականին ծանր մարտահրավերի օրերին դուք ծառայության բերումով հայտնվեցիք շատ թեժ կետերում, որտեղ մեր երկրի արժանապատվության, մեր ժողովրդի ապագայի, մեր անվտանգության կարևորագույն խնդիրներն էին լուծվում»,- ասաց պաշտպանության նախարարը՝ նշելով, որ ապրիլը մեզ համար շատ կարևոր և մեծ դաս էր. ևս մեկ անգամ վերլուծվեցին մեր ուժեղ և թուլ կողմերը, մեր առաջիկա անելիքները, ծրագրվեց աշխատանք, որը չափազանց կարևոր է մեր երկրի անվտանգության ապահովման համար։ Մյուս կողմից, ըստ նախարարի, ապրիլը դարձավ մեր միասնության խորհրդանիշը։ Վիգեն Սարգսյանը հանդիպման ընթացքում նկատեց, որ առաջիկա շաբաթներին մտադիր է հանդիպումների շարք անցկացնել բուհերում, որպեսզի ավելի մանրամասն անդրադառնա ազգ-բանակ գաղափարախոսությանը և մանրամասնի, թե ինչ քայլեր են նախատեսվում առաջիկայում այդ գաղափարախոսությունը կյանքի կոչելու համար։

Պաշտպանության նախարարը պատասխանեց նաև ուսանողների հարցերին։
