5 սխալ, որ բոլորն անում են լոգանք ընդունելիս

Լոգանք ընդունելն ամենօրյա գործողություն է, որը շատերը մեխանիկորեն են անում՝ առանց հասկանալու, որ սխալ ձևով են լոգանք ընդունում: Իրականում, լոգանք ընդունելու համար ևս կան կանոններ, որոնք խախտելու դեպքում կարող եք վնասել ձեր մաշկը:
Adme-ն գրում է, որ այս սխալները մեզնից շատերն ամեն օր են անում ու այդպիսով վնասում են իրենց մարմինը:
1. Շատ տաք ջուր: Տաք ջուրը մաշկը զրկում է խոնավությունից ու չորացնում է այն: Բացի այդ, շատ տաք լոգանքը վնասակար է երկու պատճառով՝ առաջին հերթին այն չափից շատ մաշկային ճարպ է մաքրում` թողնելով մաշկն առանց պաշտպանության: Արդյուքնում մաշկը խոցելի է դառնում տարբեր բացիլների ու մանրէների համար: Երկրորդը՝ չափից շատ է արագացնում արյան շրջանառությունը: Դա հանգեցնում է երկարատև այտուցների, կարմրածության, քորի ու մաշկի չորության:
2. Երկարատև լոգանք: Ինչպես տաք ջուրը, այնպես էլ երկարատև լոգանքը չորացնում է մաշկը: Այստեղից էլ առաջանում են տարբեր խնդիրներ, ինչպիսիք են՝ քոր, ցան և այլն: Միշտ հիշեք, որ լոգանքը պետք է տևի մոտավորապես 10 րոպե:
3. Փրփրող միջոցների հաճախակի օգտագործում: Փրփրող միջոցների նպատակն է՝ յուղի մոլեկուլներն ամրացնել ջրի մոլեկուլներին: Որքան շատ է մաքրող միջոցը փրփրում, այնքան շատ է մաշկային յուղ հեռացնում: Դա հանգեցնում է մաշկի չորության ու կոպտության:
4. Հին ու թաց սպունգերի օգտագործում: Նույն սպունգի երկարատև օգտագործումը վնասում է առողջությանը: Խոնավ կամ թաց սպունգերը շատ հարմար են մանրէների առաջացման համար, այդ պատճառով էլ խուսափեք դրանց օգտագործումից: Մեկ սպունգն օգտագործեք չորս շաբաթվա ընթաքում: Ինչպես նաև, շատ կարևոր է օգտագործելուց հետո այն չորացնելը:
5. Չափազանց ինտենսիվ չորացում: Մաշկը ճիշտ չորացնելը նույնքան կարևոր է, որքան այն ճիշտ լվանալը: Փափուկ սրբիչով չորացրեք մարմինը` թողնելով մի փոքր խոնավություն: Այնուհետև որևէ փափկեցնող ու խոնավեցնող քսուկ օգտագործեք, որպեսզի մաշկը թավշյա ու գրավիչ դառնա:
