ՄԻԵԴ-ը ճանաչել է Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից խախտումները՝ «քաղաքական գործերի» վերաբերյալ

Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանը Ադրբեջանից 11 գործերի վերաբերյալ 3 վճիռ է հայտարարել։

Ինչպես հաղորդում է contact.az-ը՝ վկայակոչելով ստրասբուրգյան դատարանի կայքին՝ խոսքն այն մարդկանց բողոքների մասին է, ովքեր անհիմն ձերբակալվել եւ տուգանվել են փողոցներում՝ 2013-ի հունվարի 12-ին ու 26-ին, մարտի 10-ին, դեկտեմբերի 29-ին եւ 2014-ի մայիսի 6-ին՝ Բաքվում բողոքի ակցիաներին մասնակցելու համար։

ՄԻԵԴ-ը հիմնվում է այն բանի վրա, որ իշխանությունները՝ ցրելով ակցիաներն ու պատժելով մանսակիցներին, դրա հիմնավորվածության բավարար ապացույցներ չեն ներկայացրել։ Ակցիան ցրելը հավաքների ազատության խախտումն է, իսկ այդ գործերով դատավորներն ազնիվ չեն եղել։

Վուսալ Բայրամովը տուգանվել է հունվարի 12-ին ու 26-ին տեղի ունեցած ակցիաներին մասնակցելու համար, Սահավատ Մեհթիեւը՝ հունվարի 12-ի, Թունջայ Գուլիեւը՝ հունվարի 26-ի։

Ազեր Սադիգովը, Ջավիդ Գարայեւն ու Օսման Ահմեդովը տուգանվել են՝ կապված մարտի 10-ի ակցիայի հետ, Իսկ Խադիջա Իսմայիլովան՝ հունվարի 26-ի հանրահավաքին մասնակցելու համար։

Ջավիդ Գաջիբեյլին եւ Թուրալ Սադըգլըն տուգանվել են դեկտեմբերի 29-ի ակցիային մասնակցելու համար։

Քյամալ Բանանյարլըն եւ Օրհան Էյուբաձեն ձերբակալվել են 2014-ի մայիսի 6-ին՝ NIDA  ակտիվիստների դեմ դատավճռի բողոքին մասնակցելու համար։

ՄԻԵԴ-ը վճռել է, որ հայցորդներին որպես բարոյական վնասի փոխհատուցում 4-8 հազար եվրո պետք է վճարել։ Բացի այդ, տուգանքներին 480-850 եվրո փոխհատուցում կվճարվի։
