«Բաղրամյան» զորավարժարանում շարունակվում է «Անխախտելի եղբայրություն-2015» զորավարժությունը

ՀՀ ՊՆ «Բաղրամյան» զորավարժարանում շարունակվում է սեպտեմբերի 30-ին մեկնարկած ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական խաղաղապահ ուժերի (ՀԽՈւ) «Անխախտելի եղբայրություն-2015» զորավարժությունը։ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, զորավարժության անցկացման առաջին օրը մասնակից ստորաբաժանումների և ՀԽՈւ հրամանատարական կազմի համար պարզաբանվել են խաղաղապահ գործողությունների անցկացման, հակամարտության գոտիներում խաղաղապահ ուժերի ձևավորման և վերախմբավորման, ինչպես նաև անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերի նախագծերի մշակման հարցեր:
ՀԱՊԿ ՀԽՈւ ազգային ստորաբաժանումների անձնակազմը ծանոթացել է զորավարժությանը ներգրավված սպառազինության և ռազմական տեխնիկայի բնութագրերին, դաշտային հոսպիտալի բացազատման, տեղանքի հումանիտար ականազերծման խնդիրների կատարման առանձնահատկություններին, և ձեռնամուխ է եղել խաղաղապահ գործողությունների անցկացման գոտում մարդասիրական բեռների ուղեկցման, անցակետերում և դիտակետերում պարեկային հերթապահության և ծառայության կազմակերպման գործնական պարապմունքներին:
Գործնական պարապմունքներին մասնակցել են նաև Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչները, ովքեր ՀԱՊԿ ՀԽՈՒ ազգային ստորաբաժանումների անձնակազմին ծանոթացրել են խաղաղապահ գործողությունների անցկացման շրջանում միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի նորմերի կիրառման սկզբունքներին:
Զորավարժության երկրորդ փուլի ընթացքում` հոկտեմբերի 1-ին, շարունակվել են ՀԱՊԿ ՀԽՈւ կողմից խաղաղապահ գործողության նախապատրաստական աշխատանքները և գործնական պարապմունքները: Ուսումնասիրվել են խաղաղապահ գործողության կազմակերպման և ՀԱՊԿ ՀԽՈՒ ստորաբաժանումների կողմից պատասխանատվության տեղամասերի զբաղեցման հարցեր:
Զորավարժության սցենարի համաձայն` ՀԱՊԿ ՀԽՈւ Միացյալ հրամանատարությանն է հանձնվել խաղաղապահ գործողության անցկացման մանդատը և գործողությունների ղեկավարումը ստանձնել է ձևավորված ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական խաղաղապահ ուժերի Միացյալ շտաբը:
Անցկացվել են զինյալների ճամբարների մեկուսացման և չեզոքացման, դիտակետերում պարեկային հերթապահության կազմակերպման, կարողություններ զարգացման և անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերի նախագծերի մշակման գործնական պարապմունքներ:
ՀԱՊԿ ՀԽՈւ «Անխախտելի եղբայրություն-2015» զորավարժությունն անցկացվում է ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների պաշտպանության նախարարների խորհրդի և Ավտանգության խորհուրդների քարտուղարների կոմիտեի 2014թ․ դեկտեմբերին ընդունված որոշման համաձայն:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ զորավարժությանը ներգրավված են ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների շուրջ 600 զինծառայողներ, ավելի քան 50 միավոր ռազմական տեխնիկա, ավիացիոն միջոցներ:
