Պետգանձարանում պահվող մարգարիտները դեռ սպասում են իրենց գնորդներին

ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության աշխատակազմի «Թանկարժեք մետաղների և թանկարժեք քարերի պետական գանձարան»-ի կողմից աճուրդի հանված 102 կգ մարգարիտը դեռևս չի ստացել մրցույթին մասնակցողների հայտերը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին ապրիլի 7-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժ ամանակ ասաց ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարի տեղակալ Արմեն Հայրապետյանը:
«Մենք պետգանձարանում ունենք բավականին երկար պահված մարգարիտներ, որոնք իրենց արդիականությունը ժամանակի ընթացքում կորցնում են: Հետևաբար` ճիշտ է, որ այն հանվեր վաճառքի: Ցավոք, նշեմ, որ բոլոր այն արձագանքները, որոնց համաձայն՝ պետք է մարգարիտներն իրացնեինք, անհաջող ստացվեցին, և դեռևս դրանց նկատմամբ որևէ պահանջարկ չկա: Մարտի 30-ին է եղել դրա մրցույթը, սակայն հայտ չի եղել: Դեռ որոշում կայացրած չէ, փորձելու ենք նորից իրացնենք փուլերով»,- ասաց փոխնախարարը:
Կառավարությունը թույլատրել էր ֆինանսների նախարարության աշխատակազմի «Թանկարժեք մետաղների և թանկարժեք քարերիպետական գանձարան» գործակալությանն իրացնել պետական պահուստում հաշվեգրված 102 հազար 793 գրամ աճեցված (կուլտիվացված) մարգարիտը:
Ըստ հիմնավորման, պետական պահուստներում առկա աճեցված (կուլտիվացված) մարգարիտի պահպանումը ոչ արդյունավետ ևաննպատակահարմար է, քանի որ այն տարիների ընթացքում կորցնում է իր արդիականությունը և ենթարկվում է քայքայման` կորցնելով ապրանքային տեսքը և արժեքը:
Ուստի պետական պահուստների կառավարումն արդյունավետ դարձնելու և պետբյուջեում համապատասխան եկամուտներապահովելու նպատակով հրապարակային աճուրդների միջոցով Պետական գանձարանում գտնվող պետական պահուստներըկիրացվեն, ինչն էլ ըստ փաստաթղթի, կնպաստի պետական պահուստների կառավարման արդյունավետության և պետբյուջեումհամապատասխան եկամուտների ապահովման բարձրացմանը:
