Մոսկվան հույս ունի, որ ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կողմերը կվերադառնան բանակցային սեղանի մոտ ու կվերսկսեն երկխոսությունը, որն ուղղված է կայուն կարգավորում ապահովելուն, հայտնել է Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան։
Նա հիշեցրել է, որ այսօր՝ ապրիլի 5-ին, ուղիղ մեկ տարի է լրանում այն օրվանից, երբ Մոսկվայում ձեռք է բերվել պայմանավորվածություն ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության գոտում շփման գծում լայնածավալ մարտական գործողությունները դադարեցնելու մասին։ «Դա 1994-ին կնքված հրադադարի մասին համաձայնագրի ամենալուրջ խախտումն էր։ ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ համանախագահ երկրների, միջազգային կազմակերպությունների կողմից ձեռնարկվել են ակտիվ ջանքեր, որոնք ուղղված են հակամարտության գոտում իրավիճակի կայունացմանն ու խաղաղ գործընթացի առաջ մղման համար պայմանների ստեղծմանը։
Մասնավորապես այս թեմային են նվիրված եղել ղարաբաղյան կարգավորման շուրջ գագաթնաժողովները, որոնք կայացել են 2016-ին Վիեննայում ու Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում։ Այդ ուղղությամբ աշխատանքը շարունակվում է բոլոր մակարդակների վրա։ Մենք հույս ունենք, որ կողմերը կվերադառնան բանակցային սեղանի շուրջ ու կվերականգնեն երկխոսությունը, որը ուղղված է կայուն կարգավորման ապահովմանը»,- հայտնել է Զախարովան։
Մոսկվան ամեն առիթով հիշեցնում է, որ Ռուսաստանն է կարողացել դադարեցնել ապրիլյան քառօրյան: Առանց անդրադառնալ այդ նույն պատերազմը սանձազերծող Ադրբեջանին ու նրա պատասխանատվության հարցը` Մոսկվան ուղիղ մեկ տարի չի էլ ցանկանում անդրադառնալ թեմային, թե ով է մերժել միջնորդների կողմից կողմերին առաջարկած` անհապաղ իրագործման կապված սահմանային միջադեպերի հետաքննության մեխանիզմների ներդրմանը:
