«Նորաշեն 2007»-ի կողմից խաբված բնակիչներն իրենց բողոքը կներկայացնեն կառավարությանը

«Նորաշեն 2007» սպառողական կոոպերատիվը 18 քաղաքացիներից վերցրել է 155 միլիոն դրամ՝ Բաբաջանյան 25/1 նորակառույց շենքում նրանց բնակարաններ տրամադրելու համար, սակայն շենքը դեռ չկառուցած` այն վաճառել է «Էսկո կոնցեռն» ընկերությանը:
Past.am-ի փոխանցմամբ, այս մասին լրագրողներին հայտնել է խաբված բնակչուհի Ռուզաննա Վարդանյանը, ով ստիպված է ապրել վարձով: Տիկին Ռուզաննան ասաց, որ «Նորաշեն 2007»-ի տնօրինությունը դատապարտվել է 5 և 6 տարվա ազատազրկման, ընկերությունն էլ՝ սնանկ ճանաչվել: Ըստ բանախոսի՝ «Էսկո կոնցեռն» ընկերությունը բնակիչներին խոստացել է ինքնարժեքով տրամադրել բնակարաններ, սակայն գումար չունի, որպեսզի ավարտի շենքի շինարարությունը:
«Ես խնդրում եմ կառավարությունը կամ բանկերին՝ գումար հատկացնեն, որ կարողանան ավարտել այդ շինարարությունը»,- ասաց Ռուզաննա Վարդանյանը: Բնակիչների շահերը պաշտպանող իրավաբան Ռուբեն Սարգսյանը հայտնեց, որ «Նորաշեն 2007» սպառողական կոոպորատիվը մայրաքաղաքում կառուցել է երեք շենք՝ Գևորգ Չաուշի 37, Գևորգ Չաուշի 14/3 և Բաբաջանյան 25/1 հասցեներում, որոնք կիսատ են մնացել։ Ռ. Սարգսյանի խոսքով՝ սա ֆիանսական խարդախությունների հետևանք է: Կառավարության առաջիկա նիստի օրը՝ հաջորդ հինգշաբթի, բնակիչները բողոքի ցույց կկազմակերպեն կառավարության շենքի դիմաց՝ ներկայացնելով իրենց բողոքը:
