ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարությունը պետբյուջե է մուտքագրել 1,61 մլն դրամ

ՀՀ բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության կողմից ապրիլի 3-7-ն իրականացված շրջայցերի, ԲՊՏ վարույթին հանձնված գործերի քննության և հաշվետվությունների ընդունման գործընթացում հայտնաբերված խախտումների արդյունքում կայացվել է 600.0 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի վարչական տուգանքի 11 որոշում և հաշվարկվել 4313.44. հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գո ւմարի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Թափոնների ոչ ճիշտ տեղադրման համար
Երևանի և Արագածոտնի տարածքային բաժինների աշխատակիցների շրջայցերի արդյունքում 2 տնտեսվարողի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 50.0հազարական դրամ գումարի վարչական տուգանքի որոշումներ:
Բուսական աշխարհի պահպանության ոլորտ
Կազմվել է վարչական տուգանքի 8 որոշում՝ 400.0 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի և հաշվարկվել է 4284.64 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին պատճառված վնաս, որից ՝
Տավուշի տարածքային բաժնի վարույթին հանձնված գործերի քննության արդյունքում 6 ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ ապօրինի հատված 33 ծառի համար կայացվել է 300.0 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի վարչական տուգանքի 6 որոշում և հաշվարկվել է 4088.44 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս:
Լոռու տարածքային բաժնի վարույթին հանձնված գործերի քննության արդյունքում 2 ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ ապօրինի հատված 4 ծառի համար կայացվել է 100.0 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի վարչական տուգանքի 2 որոշում և հաշվարկվել է 196.2 հազար դր. ընդհանուր գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս:
Փայտանյութի ապօրինի տեղափոխում՝
Կազմվել է վարչական տուգանքի 1 որոշում՝ 100.0 հազար դրամ գումարով և հաշվարկվել է 28.8. հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին պատճառված վնաս, որից՝
Տավուշի տարածքային բաժնի վարույթին հանձնված գործի քննության արդյունքում ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 100.0 հազար դրամ գումարի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում և հաշվարկվել է 28.8 հազար դրամ գումարի շրջակա միջավայրինհասցված վնաս:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության կիրառած պատժամիջոցներից հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ պետական բյուջե է մուտքագրվել 1.61 մլն դրամ գումար:
