Բոլորս էլ գիտենք Սպիտակ տան մասին. իսկ որտե՞ղ են ապրում աշխարհի մյուս երկրների ղեկավարները։ Զարմանալի չէ, որ աշխարհի ամենաազդեցիկ մարդիկ ապրում են շքեղ տներում։

Բրազիլիայի Palácio da Alvorada-ն (Լուսաբացի պալատ), 1956 թվականից սկսած, Բրազիլիայի բոլոր նախագահների նստավայրն է եղել։

Մինիմալիստական ոճի այս տունն ունի առանձնասենյակներ, հսկայական չափերի հյուրասենյակ և նախասրահ՝ դահլիճով, խաղասրահով, պահեստով և խոհանոցով։

Փարիզի Ելիսեյան դաշտերի կողքին գտնվող Ելիսեյան պալատը 1840-ականներից Ֆրանսիայի նախագահական նստավայրն է։

1722 թվականին կառուցված այս պալատը լողում է ոսկու մեջ։ Դրա վառ ապացույցը տոնակատարությունների սրահն է, որտեղ տեղի է ունենում նախագահների երդմնակալության արարողությունը։

Նախագահի գրասենյակը հայտնի է Ոսկե սենյակ անունով։

Թագավորական պալատը գտնվում է Տոկիոյի կենտրոնում, բայց մի հսկայական զբոսայգու մեջ՝ շրջապատված հաստ ու վիթխարի պատերով։ Այն Ճապոնիայի կայսր Ակիհիտոյի ու նրա ընտանիքի նստավայրն է։

Վաշինգտոնի Սպիտակ տունը հավանաբար աշխարհի ամենահայտնի նստավայրն է, իսկ Օվալ գրասենյակը՝ նախագահի աշխատասենյակը՝ ամենահայտնի սենյակը։

Սպտակ տանը երկու ճաշասենյակ կա, մեկը՝ նախագահական ընտանիքի, իսկ մյուսը՝ մյուս ղեկավարների հետ ճաշելու համար։

Մոսկվայի Կրեմլը կառուցվել է 14-17 դարերի ընթացքում։

Կրեմլի ներսում Խորհրդարանի շենքը նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի պաշտոնական նստավայրն է։

Վիետնամում Հանոիի նախագահական պալատը կառուցվել է կառավարիչ Ինդոչինայի համար 1906 թվականին։ Այսօր, սակայն, այն օգտագործվում է միայն պաշտոնական ընդունելությունների համար։

Այն շրջապատված է եվրոպական ոճով զարդարված այս գեղեցիկ լճով։

Չնայած Բրիտանիայի թագուհի Ելիզաբեթ II-ն իրականում երկրի քաղաքական ղեկավարը չէ, նա ապրում է Լոնդոնի Բուքինգեմյան պալատում, որը 1937-ից ի վեր բրիտանական միապետության նստավայրն է։

Այն բաղկացած է 775 սենյակներից, որոնց թվում են 52 թագավորական ննջասենյակներ, 188 ննջասենյակ՝ անձնակազմի համար, 92 գրասենյակ և 78 լոգարան։

Բրիտանիայի վարչապետը, սակայն, բնակվում է Լոնդոնի Դոունինգի 10 հասցեում։ Ներկայիս վարչապետ Թերեզա Մեյն ապրում է այստեղ ամուսնու՝ Ֆիլիպի հետ։

Բեռլինի կենտրոնում գտնվող նեոդասական ոճի Բելվյու պալատը Գերմանիայի պաշտոնական նախագահական նստավայրն է 1994 թվականից։

Հռոմի Quirinal պալատը Իտալիայի երեք նախագահական նստավայրերից մեկն է։ Այն 20 անգամ մեծ է Սպիտակ տնից։ Այստեղ ապրել են 30 Հռոմի պապ, 4 թագավոր ու 12 նախագահ։
