Ռուսաստանը չի գնա սրացման. Արմեն Պետրոսյանը՝ Սիրիայի հյուսիս-արևմուտքում տեղի ունեցած քիմիական հարձակման մասին

Պոստ Սկրիպտում» մամուլի ակումբում արաբագետ, տարածաշրջանային հարցերով Արմեն Պետրոսյանն անդրադարձավ Սիրիայի հյուսիս-արևմտյան Իդլիբ նահանգի Խան Շայխուն բնակավայրում տեղի ունեցած քիմիական հարձակմանը, որի հետևանքով տասնյակ խաղաղ բնակիչներ էին զոհվել: Այս մասին հայտնում է Past.am-ը:
Փորձագետի խոսքով՝ սիրիական ընդդիմությունը և նրան հարող ուժերը պնդում են, որ սիրիական օդուժը քիմիական զենք է կիրառել, քիմիական բաղադրիչներով հրթիռներով հրթիռակոծել է շրջանը, իսկ սիրիական կառավարությունը և ռուսները կողմը նշում է, որ հարվածը եղել է ընդդիմության կողմից:
«Իմ կարծիքով՝ երկու հիմնական տարբերակ է հնարավոր: Բացառում եմ, որ Բաշար Ասադի կամ սիրիական բարձրագույն իշխանությունների գիտությամբ է իրականացվել այս գրոհը։ Եթե սիրիական կառավարական ուժերն են հեղինակը, ապա նրանք գործել են առանց բարձրագույն ղեկավարության իմացության։ Բայց շատ ավելի ճշմարտության մոտ եմ համարում հենց սիրիական կառավարության եւ ռուսական կողմի մեկնաբանությունը, որ հարվածն իրականացվել է քիմիական զենքի պահեստներին»,- ասաց Պետրոսյանը:
Բանախոսը կարծում է, որ այդ ամենը ձեռնտու է սիրիական ընդդիմությանն ու նրանց արտաքին հովանավորներին, այսինքն՝ «Չեմ կարծում, թե ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից ներսիրիական իրադարձություններին ուղղակի միջամտություն է եղել: Պարզապես ստեղծվել էր միջավայր՝ իրավիճակը փոխելու, ԱՄՆ գործողություններն ավելի ակտիվացնելու։ Մինչ այս Թրամփի վարչակարգն աչքի էր ընկնում միայն հայտարարություններով, ԻԼԻՊ-ի դեմ պայքարի նոր ռազմավարության մշակմամբ, եւ այլն։ Եթե պայմանականորեն բնորոշենք ներկա իրավիճակը, կարող ենք ասել, որ ԱՄՆ-ը վերադառնում է սիրիական հակամարտություն»,-նշեց արաբագետը։
Ա. Պետրոսյանի համոզմամբ՝ այդ հարվածը նախազգուշական էր. «Թրամփն այս քայլով ցանկանում էր տարբերվել Օբամայից իր գործողություններով, որոնք, ըստ նրա՝ խորը հետեւանքներ չեն ունենա, եթե ռուսական կողմը փորձի խնդիրը տեղափոխել դիվանագիտական հարթություն, և առավել չսրի իրավիճակը: Այլ բան է, որ այս իրավիճակը կարող է հետագա սադրանքների պատճառ դառնալ։ Պարզ է, որ Ռուսաստանն այնուամենայնիվ չի գնա սրացման, բայց փորձագիտական շրջանակներում կտրուկ գնահատականներ կլինեն»,-եզրափակեց Արմմեն Պետրոսյանը։
