ԿԲ-ն մեկնաբանել է մարտ ամսվա գնաճի ցուցանիշը

ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկը մեկնաբանություն է տվել մարտ ամսվա գնաճի ցուցանիշի վերաբերյալ: «Արմենպրես»-ը ներկայացնում է մեկնաբանությունն ամբողջությամբ:

«Մարտ ամսվա գնաճը փետրվարի նկատմամբ, ըստ ՀՀ ԱՎԾ պաշտոնական տվյալների, կազմել է -0.3%, ինչի արդյունքում տասներկուամսյա գնաճը կազմել է -0.1%: Սննդամթերք և ոչ ալկոհոլային խմիչքներ (ներառյալ ալկոհոլային խմիչք, ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակներ) ապրանքախմբի տասներկուամսյա գնաճը կազմել է 103.3%, ոչ պարենային ապրանքներինը` 96.5%, ծառայությունների սակագներինը` 97.4%: Նշենք, որ ծառայությունների սակագների գնանկման մեջ արտացոլված է նաև գազի և հոսանքի սակագների նվազեցման ազդեցությունները: Մասնավորապես «Կենցաղային ծառայություններ, ջուր, էլեկտրաէներգիա, գաÕ ¦ և վառելիքի այլ տեսակներ» ապրանքախմբի գնանկումը կազմել է 6.2%, իսկ նպաստումը ընդհանուր գնաճին կազմել է շուրջ -1 տոկոսային կետ: Հարկ է նշել, որ ԿԲ-ն իր քաղաքականությամբ չի արձագանքում կարգավորվող գների փոփոխություններին, և միայն հաշվի է առնում այլ ապրանքների և ծառայությունների գների վրա դրանց երկրորդային ազդեցությունները: Ինչպես գնահատվում էր մարտ ամսվա ՀՀ ԿԲ մոնիտորինգի ժամանակ1 , առաջին եռամսյակի արդյունքով գնաճի ցուցանիշը 0.3 տոկոսային կետով գերազանցել է կանխատեսված մակարդակը: Գնաճի փաստացի ցուցանիշները և տնտեսության զարգացումներ ը վկայում են այն մասին, որ պահանջարկը շարունակում է վերականգնվել, ընդ որում սպասվածից փոքր-ինչ ավելի արագ: Եթե պահանջարկի վերականգնումը շարունակի դրսևորել կայուն տեմպեր, գնաճի կանխատեսումների ռիսկերը ևս կճշգրտվեն՝ առավել գնանկումայինից դառնալով ավելի հավասարակշռված»:
