Բոլորն էլ ցանկանում են արագ ազատվել ավելորդ կիլոգրամներից, սակայն որպեսզի դիետան արդյունավետ լինի և օգնի արագ հասնել ցանկալի արդյունքին, այն պետք է հարմարեցված լինի օրգանիզմին:
Գոյություն ունեն բազմաթիվ դիետաներ, որոնք ոչ միայն անրադյունավետ են, այլև կարող են խիստ վնասակար լինել օրգանիզմի համար: Սակայն, բարեբախտաբար, կա մի այնպիսի դիետա, որն անվնաս է և թույլ կտա ընդամենը մեկ շաբաթում ազատվել մինչև 10 կգ ավելորդ քաշից:
Այս դիետան մշակել է մի սրտաբան, որը ցանկանում էր, որպեսզի այն առողջության համար հնարավորինս օգտակար լինի: Սակայն հարկ է հիշել, որ այս սննդակարգն արդյունավետ կլինի միայն ամեն օր առնվազն 30 րոպե ֆիզիկական վարժություններ կատարելու
Սննդակարգը
Նախաճաշը դիետայի ամբողջ ընթացքում նույնն է բոլոր օրերի համար: Հարկավոր է ուտել 1 հատ ցանկացած միրգ, բացի բանանից:
1-ին օր
Ճաշին՝ 1 հատ խաշած ձու, 1 հատ նարինջ, 200 մլ կեֆիր:
Ընթրիքին՝ 2 հատ լոլիկ, 2 հատ խաշած ձու, 2 կտոր տոստի հաց, ½ վարունգ կամ հազարի թերթիկներ:
2-րդ օր
Ճաշին՝ 1 հատ խաշած ձու, 1 հատ նարինջ, մի բաժակ յոգուրտ:
Ընթրիքին՝ 1 հատ նարինջ, 1 կտոր տոստի հաց, 125 գրամ խաշած տավարի միս, մի բաժակ թեյ կամ սուրճ (առանց շաքարավազի):
3-րդ օր
Ճաշին՝ 1 հատ խաշած ձու, 1 հատ նարինջ, 1 հատ վարունգ:
Ընթրիքին՝ 1 հատ նարինջ, 1 կտոր տոստի հաց, 125 գրամ խաշած տավարի միս, մի բաժակ թեյ կամ սուրճ (առանց շաքարավազի):
4-րդ օր
Ճաշին՝ 1 հատ լոլիկ, 1 կտոր տոստի հաց, 125 գրամ կաթնաշոռ:
Ընթրիքին՝ 1 հատ նարինջ, 1 կտոր տոստի հաց, 125 գրամ խաշած տավարի միս, մի բաժակ թեյ կամ սուրճ (առանց շաքարավազի):
5-րդ օր
Ճաշին՝ 1 հատ լոլիկ, 1 կտոր տոստի հաց, 200 գրամ խաշած միս կամ ձուկ:
Ընթրիքին՝ 200 գրամ խաշած գազար, կարտոֆիլ և ոլոռ:
Բանջարեղենը պետք է եփել առանց աղի: Այս սննդակարգին հարկավոր է հետևել 5 օր, այնուհետև 2 օր դադար տալ և կրկին սնվել նույն սննդակարգով:
Դիետայի ընթացքում հարկավոր է բացառել ալկոհոլային ըմպելիքները: Բացի այդ, սրտի հիվանդությունների առկայության դեպքում հարկավոր է նախ խորհրդակցել բժշկի հետ:
