Այսօր ավելի մեծ թվով կանայք են հրաժարվում կրծկալ հագնելուց, եւ ավելի մեծ թվով դիզայներական հագուստի տարատեսակներ չեն նախատեսում ներքնաշորի այս տեսակի օգտագործումը: Մինչդեռ սա կարող է մի շարք խնդիրներ առաջացնել: Կանանց առողջության գերմանացի փորձագետները նշել են 5 խնդրի մասին, որոնք կարող են առաջանալ կրծկալից հրաժարվելու դեպքում:

Մաշկի լայնացումները

Երկար ժամանակ կրծկալ հագնելուց հրաժարվելը կարող է մաշկի լայնացումներ առաջացնել: Եվ սա միանգամայն բնական է, քանի որ կրծկալն ապահովում է կրծքի համար անհրաժեշտ պաշտպանությունը՝ կանխելով հյուսվածքների ցանկացած վնասվածքները:

Կրծքի կախ ընկնելը

Կրծքի հյուսվածքներն անչափ նուրբ նյութ են, ուստի առանց կրծկալի տեղաշարժվելիս կամ տնային ցանկացած գործ անելիս մշտական պրկվածությունը ջլերի եւ մաշկի վրա ավելորդ ճնշում է առաջացնում: Արդյունքում կուրծքն սկսում է կախ ընկնել:

Եթե հատկապես աշխատելիս կրծկալ չեք հագնում, ապա ձեր կրծքի քաշը գրավիտացիոն ուժերի ազդեցությամբ կարող են գլուխն առաջ հակել, ինչի հետեւանքով մեջքը կորանում է: Սխալ կեցվածքի երկար պահպանումը դիսկոմֆորտ եւ ցավեր է առաջացնում: Չի կարելի բացառել նաեւ գլխացավերի առաջացումը:

Ոտքով քայլելիս կուրծքը վեր ու վար է շարժվում՝ միջինը 4 սմ-ով, եթե կրծկալով չի պահվում: Սա ոչ միայն դիսկոմֆորտ է առաջացնում, այլեւ ցավեր պարանոցի, նաեւ մեջքի շրջանում:
