Ինչ անել. պառկեք հատակին, բազմոցին առավել մոտ և փակ կեցվածք ընդունեք

  • Հենց որ զգաք ցնցումները, մոտեցեք արտաքին պատին։ Եթե շենքը քանդվի, Ձեզ ավելի շուտ կգտնեն։
  • Համոզվեք, որ մոտակայքում չկա այնպիսի իր, որը կարող է ընկնել Ձեզ վրա։
  • Պառկեք հատակին, բազմոցին կամ մահճակալին առավել մոտ, սակայն մի՛ մտեք մահճակալի տակ։ Եթե տանիքը փլուզվի, բազմոցը իր վրա կվերցնի հարվածը և դրա կողքը ազատ տարածք կմնա։ Եվս մեկ լավ տարբերակ է պատին մոտ պառկելը։
  • Կծկվեք և ձեռքերով ծածկեք Ձեր գլուխը։

Արդյոք օգուտ կա՞ սեղանի տակ թաքնվելուց

Առաջին ցնցումից մինչև շենքի փլուզում դուք ունեք 10-20 վայրկյան ժամանակ։ Հիանալի կլիներ, եթե այդ ժամանակը օգտագործեիք շենքը լքելու համար, սակայն մի՛ արեք դա, եթե

  • Ապրում եք առաջին հարկից բարձր
  • Ելքի մոտ շատ մարդ կա
  • Վստահ չեք, որ դուրս կգաք 10 վայրկյանի ընթացքում։ Այդ դեպքում դուրս գալիս վնասվելու հավանականությունը ավելի մեծ է, քան ներսում մնալու դեպքում։

Հիշեք, որ որոշում կայացնելու համար ժամանակ է հարկավոր, իսկ տագնապային իրավիճակում որոշում կայացնելն ավելի բարդ է։
