Ռոբերտ Նազարյանը վստահեցնում է՝ էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացման որոշում չէր կայացվի չնչին հնարավորության դեպքում

Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորղ հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ռոբերտ Նազարյանը վստահեցնում է, որ հանձնաժողովը էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի բարձրացման որոշում չէր ընդունի, եթե դրա համար թեկուզ չնչին հնարավորություն լիներ: Ազգային ժողովում էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացման վերաբերյալ խորհրդարանական լսումների ընթացքում, պատասխանելով ՕԵԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հովհաննես Մարգարյանի դիտարկմանը, թե տնտեսական, իրավական և բարոյական բոլոր հիմքերը կան, որպեսզի էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը չբարձրանա, հիշեցրեց, որ ինքն արդեն բացատրել է, թե ինչու է կայացվել սակագինը 6.93 դրամով բարձրացնելու որոշումը: «Ես վստահեցնում եմ, որ եթե թեկուզ չնչին հնարավորություն լիներ, մենք թանկացման մասին որոշում չէինք կայացնի, որովհետև ինձ համար էլ հեշտ չէ նման որոշում ընդունել, հեշտ չէ ամեն անգամ պատասխանել հարցերի, բացատրություններ տալ»,- նշեց Մարգարյանը:
Նա ևս մեկ անգամ հիշեցրեց, որ էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացման մասին որոշումը պայմանավորված է հիմնականում փոխարժեքի տատանումների, ատոմակայանի չաշխատելու և սակավաջուր տարի լինելու հետ: «Այս գործոնները որևէ կապ չունեն ՀԷՑ-ի գործունեության հետ, դրա համար է, որ մենք այս մասով սակագինը բարձրացնելու որոշում ենք կայացրել: Իսկ ՀԷՑ-ի վատ մենեջմենթի արդյունքում առաջացած ծախսերը, ճոխությունները, որոնք տեղ էին գտել հայտում, մենք հանել ենք, և դրանք որևէ կերպ սակագնում ներառված չեն, չեն եղել և չեն էլ լինելու»,- ասաց ՀԾԿՀ նախագահը:
Ռոբերտ Նազարյանն ընդգծեց, որ փոխարժեքի տատանումների, ատոմակայանի չաշխատելու և սակավաջրության հետևանքով ՀԷՑ-ը լուրջ կորուստներ է կրել, որոնք պետք է փոխհատուցվեն: Սակագնում ներառված են նաև էլեկտրաէներգիա արտադրող ընկերությունների կորուստները, որոնք ևս հիմնականում առաջացել են սակավաջրության, փոխարժեքի տատանումների արդյունքում. 6.93 դրամից 2.4 դրամը գնալու է էլեկտրաէներգիա արտադրող կայաններին և սպասարկող կազմակերպություններին, 4.24 դրամը՝ բաշխիչ ցանցերին:
