Դինքի ընկերները հերթական դատական նիստից առաջ արդար դատավարության հույս են հայտնել

 Ստամբուլի ծանր հանցագործությունների 14-րդ դատարանում ապրիլի 10-ից մեկնարկում են պոլսահայ լրագրող, «Ակոս» պարբերականի հիմնադիր Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործող դատական նիստերը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս անգամ ևս Դինքի ընկերները նախքան դատական նիստի մեկնարկը հավաքվել են դատարանի առաջ` հայտարարելու արդարության իրենց պահանջի մասին:

«Մենք այստեղ ենք` հանուն Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության դատական գործում արդարության:  Մեկ անգամ ևս հայտնում ենք, որ այստեղ ենք` հետևողական լինելու այս դատական գործի ընթացքին և արդարություն ակնկալելու: Այս դատը տևում է արդեն տասը տարի, տասը տարի է սպասում ենք, որ հանցագործության իրական պատասխանատուները կպատժվեն, սակայն դեռ կան մարդիկ, ովքեր դատարանի դիմաց չեն կանգնել»,- հայտնել են հավաքվածները` հույս հայտնելով, որ իրական մեղավորները կպատժվեն:

Նրանք բղավել են. «Բոլորս Հրանտ ենք, բոլորս հայ ենք», «Թող դատապարտվեն նրանք, ովքեր սպանելու հրաման են տվել», «Հրանտի համար, արդարության համար»:

Դինքի ընկերների շարքում դատարանի մոտ է եկել նաև մեջլիսի հայ պատգամավոր Գարո Փայլանը:

Պոլսահայ մտավորականի սպանության գործով նոր դատական նիստերը կգումարվեն ապրիլի 10-ին, 11-ին, 13-ին և 14-ին: Նիստերի ընթացքում պաշտպանական ճառերով հանդես կգան և կհարցաքննվեն ոստիկանության նախկին բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ Ջելալեդդին Ջերահը, Էնգին Դինչը, Ռամազան Աքյուրեքը, Ալի Ֆուաթ Յըլմազերը և Ահմեդ Իլհան Գյուլերը: Վերջիններիս մեղադրանքներ են առաջացրված նաև 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 15-ին Թուրքիայում ձախողված ռազմական հեղաշրջման փորձի գործով:

2012 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին դատարանի որոշմամբ` Դինքի սպանության կազմակերպիչ Յասին Հայալը ցմահ բանտարկության դատապարտվեց, իսկ սպանությունն իրականացրած Օգյուն Սամասթը` 22 տարվա ազատազրկման:

2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Ստամբուլի ծանր հանցագործությունների գործերով 5-րդ դատարանը որոշում է կայացրել  Դինքի սպանության գործով դատավարությունը սկսել զրոյից:

Այս անգամ բոլոր ամբաստայալներին առաջադրվել է «հանցավոր խմբավորման ստեղծման և կառավարման կամ դրանում մասնակցություն ունենալու» մեղադրանք:
