Խուլիգանության և խոշտանգման փաստերով քննվող քրեական գործն ընդունվել է ՀՔԾ վարույթ

Գորիս քաղաքի բնակչուհի Լիաննա Ջ.-ի կողմից խուլիգանություն կատարելու և ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների կողմից վերջինիս խոշտանգելու դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործն ընդունվել է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության վարույթ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրի ն ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից:
Այսպես, հիշյալ գործի նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն, 21.03.2017թ.-ին Լիաննա Ջ.-ն հարբած վիճակում մտել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության Գորիսի բաժին, հայհոյանքներ տվել, այնուհետև ձեռքերով ու ոտքերով հարվածել հերթապահ մասի դռանը, կոտրել բաժնի ոստիկաններից մեկի բջջային հեռախոսը: Լիաննա Ջ.-ի կողմից խուլիգանություն կատարելու փաստի առթիվ Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Մինչդեռ նույն օրը Լիաննա Ջ.-ն, իր հերթին, ոստիկանությունում հաղորդում է տվել այն մասին, որ 21.03.2017թ.-ին գնացել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության Գորիսի բաժին` բերման ենթարկված ընկերոջից տեղեկություններ իմանալու նպատակով, սակայն նույն բաժնի ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներն իրեն հրելով հեռացրել են բաժնից, վերցրել իր բջջային հեռախոսը և բռունցքով հարվածել դեմքին` պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ: Հիշյալ դեպքի առթիվ Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում 309-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որը միացվել է նույն վարչությունում խուլիգանություն կատարելու փաստով հարուցված քրեական գործին և ուղարկվել Հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն:
Այսպիսով, Լիաննա Ջ.-ի կողմից խուլիգանություն կատարելու և նույն քաղաքացու նկատմամբ ՀՀ ոստիկանության պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից խոշտանգում կատարելու դեպքերի առթիվ Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
