Աղվան Վարդանյանի գրության հիման վրա հարուցվել է քրեական գործ քվեարկության գաղտնիությունը խախտելու դեպքով

«Հայ Յեղափոխական Դաշնակցություն» կուսակցության գերագույն մարմնի ներկայացուցիչ, նույն կուսակցության նախընտրական շտաբի պատասխանատու Աղվան Վարդանյանը ապրիլի 2-ին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազին հասցեագրված գրությամբ հայտնել է, որ Արագածոտնի մարզի Փարպի համայնքում տեղակայված 17/21 ընտրատեղամասում քվեարկությունը կատարվում է ուղղորդված և բաց, քվեախցիկ են մտնում մեկից ավելի անձինք և վերահսկվում է ընտրողի կողմից կատարված քվեարկությունը:
Նույն օրը հիշյալ գրությունն ուղարկվել է Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչություն’ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 180-181-րդ հոդվածներով նախատեսված կարգով նյութեր նախապատրաստելու և ընթացքը լուծելու հանձնարարությամբ:
Ապրիլի 7-ին Արագածոտնի մարզի դատախազություն է ստացվել թիվ 17 տարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովի թիվ 6-Ա որոշումն՝ Արագածոտնի մարզի Փարպի համայնքի թիվ 17/21 ընտրական տեղամասում քվեարկության արդյունքները անվավեր ճանաչելու մասին, որի հիմքում դրվել է այն հանգամանքը, որ հանձնաժողովը, ուսումնասիրելով հիշյալ ընտրական տեղամասում քվեարկության ընթացքի վերաբերյալ տեսանկարահանող սարքերի արխիվային նյութերը՝ արձանագրել է, որ թիվ 17/21 ընտրատեղամասում առկա են բազմաթիվ ընտրողներ, բաց քվեարկություններ և ընտրողների կամքի ազատ արտահայտման նկատմամբ վերահսկողություն և հետևության է հանգել, որ տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ ընտրական օրենսգրքի 6-րդ հոդվածի պահանջների խախտում:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից, փաստի առթիվ նախապատրաստված նյութերով ապրիլի 6-ին կայացված որոշումը Արագածոտնի մարզի դատախազի տեղակալի կողմից ապրիլի 7-ին վերացվել է և ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 154-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով (քվեարկության գաղտնիությունը խախտելը) հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որն ուղարկվել է ՀՀ ՔԿ Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչություն՝ նախաքննություն կատարելու:
