ԵՄ-ն հայտարարում է 1.5 միլիոն եվրո բյուջեով դրամաշնորհային ծրագրի մեկնարկը Հայաստանում

Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավար, դեսպան Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին հայտարարեց դրամաշնորհային նոր ծրագրի մեկնարկը, որին հատկացվող բյուջեն կազմում է 1.5 մլն եվրո: Այն միտված է երկրում քաղհասարակության հզորացմանը, ինչպես նաեւ քաղհասարակության կազմակերպություններին այլընտրանքային աղբյուրներով ապահովելուն:

ԵՄ պատվիրակությունը նախաձեռնել է երկու դրամաշնորհային ծրագիր, որոնցից մեկը հենց վերոնշյալ ծրագիրն է: Երկու ծրագրերին միասին հատկացվելիք գումարն է 4 մլն 400 հազար եվրո:

Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին մեծ հույսեր ունի, որ ծրագիրը հետաքրքրություն կառաջացնի քաղհասարակության զարգացման ուղղությամբ աշխատող հասարակական կազմակերպությունների շրջանում:

«Նախեւառաջ, մենք ցանկանում ենք քաղհասարակության կարողությունները ամրապնդել եւ ամրագրել այն պարտավորությունները, որոնք առկա են ԵՄ- Հայաստան համագործակցության օրակարգում:  Ցանկանում ենք իրականացնել Հայաստանում մեր ծրագրերի հսկողություն, մշտադիտարկում, մասնավորապես, խոսքը վերաբերում է բյուջետային աջակցության ծրագրերին: Ցանկանում ենք նաեւ, որ քաղհասարակության հետ համագործակցությունը հանգեցնի այն իրավիճակին, որում տրամադրվող գումարները ճիշտ  եւ արդյունավետ ճանապարհով կծախսվեն, Հայաստանի բնակչությունը լիարժեք կպատկերացնի «, թե ինչպես են դրանք ծախսվում»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց նա:

Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին նշեց, որ Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակությունը ջանքեր է գործադրելու տարբեր ոլորտների զարգացման ուղղությամբ: «Մեր նպատակն է առաջ բերել կոնկրետ ծրագրեր, հանրային տարբեր նախաձեռնություններ՝ ուղղված ինչպես առողջության, առողջ ապրելակերպի, հասարակական տրանսպորտի, շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանության եւ այլ ոլորտներին: Մենք հավատացած ենք, որ այս ուղղությունները չափազանց կարեւոր են, որպեսզի Հայաստանը, օգտվելով ԵՄ աջակցությունից, կարողանա լավ արժեքներ առաջ մղել, որոնք վերաբերում են սննդին, ճանապարհատրանսպորտային անվտանգությանը, պլաստմասե առարկաների օգտագործմանը, տոպրակների քանակի նվազեցմանը եւ այլն»,-եզրափակեց ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավարը:

ԵՄ-ն փնտրում է նորարարական նախագծեր, որոնք կդարձնեն Հայաստանն ավելի առողջ, ապահով, մաքուր և ավելի կայուն: Հայտամրցույթի հիմնական նպատակն է ֆինանսավորել քաղաքացիական հասարակության մի շարք նախաձեռնություններ, որոնք ուղղված կլինեն քաղհասարակության դերի բարձրացմանը՝ խթանելով նաև ԵՄ-Հայաստան համագործակցությունը, ինչպես նաև ապահովելու բարեփոխումների մոնիթորինգ և հանրային հաշվետվողականության աճ այն ոլորտներում, որոնք ընդգրկում են ԵՄ-Հայաստան համաձայնագրերը: Այս հայտամրցույթը կլրացնի ներկայումս Եվրոպական միության կողմից ֆինանսավ որվող քաղհասարակության կազմակերպությունների կարողությունների զարգացմանն անմիջականորեն աջակցող ծրագրերի ցանկը 30 նոր դրամաշնորհների միջոցով:
