«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին հաջորդած հետընտրական հանդարտության ֆոնին, Կոնգրես–ՀԺԿ դաշինքը որոշեց այնուամենայնիվ բողոքարկման դիմում ներկայացնել Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովին` ընտրությունների արդյունքներն անվավեր ճանաչելու պահանջով: Բողոքն, ինչպես և սպասելի էր, ԿԸՀ–ն մերժեց` հիմնավորելով, որ ներկայացված խախտումները չէին կարող էական ազդեցություն ունենալ ընտրությունների արդյունքների վրա:

Այս մերժումը թերևս առավել քան սպասված էր, քանի որ չնայած վարչական ռեսուրսի ակնհայտ կիրառման ու լայնատարած ընտրակաշառքների առկայությանը, պետք է ընդունել, որ այս երկուսն էլ գրեթե ապացուցողականություն չունեցող ընտրախախտումներ են:

Այլ հարց է, թե ինչու դաշինքը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, հստակ գիտակցելով բողոքի ճակատագիրը, ամեն դեպքում նման փորձ կատարեց:

Այստեղ թերևս պետք է նկատի ունենալ այն հանգամանքը, որ նման քայլով Կոնգրես–ՀԺԿ դաշինքը գոնե այս կերպ փորձում է իր շուրջը քաղաքական ակտիվության որոշակի մթնոլորտ ստեղծել: Փորձն իհարկե թույլ էր:

Սակայն այստեղ թերևս հարկ է անդրադառնալ ընդհանրապես ներկայում հայաստանյան քաղաքական դաշտում ստեղծված վիճակին: Փաստն այն է, որ առաջիկա 5 տարվա համար Ազգային ժողովում ներկայացվածություն չունեցող քաղաքական ուժերը արմատական փոփոխությունների պետք է ենթարկեն իրենց սկզբունքներն ու գործելաոճը:

Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունները գուցե և կարող էին այսօրինակ ուժերին կարճաժամկետ կերպով պահել քաղաքական ակտիվության վիճակում, սակայն ինչպես արդեն գիտենք, այս ընտրություններին մասնակցում են ՀՀԿ–ն, «Ելքը» և «Երկիր ծիրանին»: Սա արդեն իսկ նշանակում է, որ խորհրդարանական մանդատ չունեցող ուժերը` սկսած ՀՎԿ–ից, վերջացրած ՀԱԿ–ով, ընդհանրապես քաղաքական հարթակում մնալու խնդիր ունեն: Այս խնդրի ոչ բարեհաջող լուծման դեպքում բոլոր այսօրինակ ուժերը սահուն կերպով կհայտնվեն քաղաքականության լուսանցքում և կվերածվեն ակումբային մակարդակի խմբակների:

Սակայն այս խնդիրը թերևս բարդագույնն է` հայաստանյան հասարակական–քաղաքական իրականության պայմաններում, քանի որ ակնհայտորեն, առնվազն վերջին տասնամյակի ընթացքում, քաղաքական դաշտում համատարած լճացման միտումներ են:

Ընդդիմադիր դիրքերից հանդես եկող բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերն ու կազմավորումները, ըստ էության, սպառել են իշխանության կամ վարչակարգի քննադատության պաթոսային, պոպուլիստական գործիքակազմի ամբողջ ռեսուրսը: Նման պայմաններում արդեն այսօրինակ ուժերը հարկ է, որ արմատապես փոխեն ընդհանրապես քաղաքական գործունեության ընկալումն ու սկզբունքները և փորձեն գտնել այնպիսի մի ձևաչափ, որը թույլ կտա անգամ Խորհրդարանի պատերից դուրս ստեղծել քաղաքական ակտիվության որոշակի մակարդակ և գործունեություն, որը պետք է դառնա հաջորդ պառլամենտական ընտրություններում հաջողության գրավականը:

Հարկ է շեշտել նաև, որ բնականաբար սա չափազանց դժվար գործընթաց է լինելու, սակայն ինչպես ասում են` քաղաքականությունը հնարավորինի արվեստ է, ուստի` կամ ներկա ուժերից շատերը լուծում են իրենց քաղաքական կենսունակության խնդիրը, կամ պարզապես թողնում են այս ասպարեզը:
