«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է.

«ՀՀԿ-ում ներկուսակցական հետընտրական «ռազբորկաներ» են սկսվել: «Ժողովուրդ»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ ՀՀԿ-ական թեկնածուներն ամեն չստացած քվեի դիմաց պարզաբանում են պահանջում այդ տարածքում ընտրության պատասխանատուներից՝ միաժամանակ պահանջելով հետ վերադարձնել չստացված ձայների դիմաց վճարված ընտրակաշառքը:

Ու հիմա այս գործընթացը գրեթե մասսայական բնույթ է կրում, մեծ իրարանցում է առաջացրել թաղային խուժանի մոտ, քանի որ հենց նրանք են եղել ընտրության պատասխանատուները, տասնապետերը:

Ավելին՝ մեր տեղեկություններով՝ ՀՀԿ-ում ներկուսակցական սկանդալ է հասունանում մեկ այլ առումով. ձայների հաշվարկի ժամանակ ՀՀԿ-ական մի շարք թեկնածուների քվեաթերթիկներ դրվել են այդ տարածքում ՀՀԿ ուժեղ թեկնածուի անվան տակ: Ու քանի որ ընտրությունների արդյունքները բողոքարկողը եւ վերահաշվարկ պահանջողը կուսակցությունն է, ներքին որոշում է կայացվել` որեւէ դեպքում չգնալ այդ քայլին: Իսկ քիչ ձայն ստացած կամ ձայների նվազագույն տարբերությամբ պարտված թեկնածուների մեջ լուրջ դժգոհություն է հասունանում:

«Ժողովուրդ»-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ դժգոհությունները մեղմելու համար Սերժ Սարգսյանն իր մոտ է կանչում թեկնածուներին` զրուցելու, հանգստացնելու համար. ոմանց պաշտոն է խոստանում, մյուսներին` մի կերպ պատգամավորի մանդատ, եւ այսպես շարունակ: Միայն թե դժգոհությունը հրապարակային բնույթ չկրի, ինչպես եղավ ՀՀԿ-ի կողմից առաջադրված գավառցի Տիգրան Արզաքանցյանի դեպքում, երբ հայտարարեց, թե «մարդիկ մտան կոռուպցիայի տակ» եւ իրեն չընտրեցին»:
