Մալալա Յուսուֆզայը դարձել Է խաղաղության ամենաերիտասարդ դեսպանորդը ՄԱԿ-ի պատմության մեջ

Պակիստանցի իրավապաշտպան եւ խաղաղության Նոբելյան մրցանակի դափնեկիր Մալալա Յուսուֆզայը պաշտոնապես նշանակվել Է ՄԱԿ-ի խաղաղության դեսպանորդ: Մալալան, որը 13 տարեկանում վերապրել Է իր դեմ զինյալների մահափորձը, կզբաղվի աղջիկների կրթության հարցերով: Նա դարձել Է խաղաղության ամենաերիտասարդ դեսպանորդը համաշխարհային կազմակերության պատմության մեջ. հուլիսին կլրանա իրավապաշտպանի 20 տարին, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Յուսուֆզային կոչում շնորհելու արարողությունը տեղի Է ունեցել ՄԱԿ-ի Խնամակալության խորհրդում՝ կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Անտոնիու Գուտերիշի մասնակցությամբ: «Դուք ոչ միայն հերոսուհի եք, այլեւ շատ անձնվեր եւ մեծահոգի մարդ, որը զարմանալի հատկություններ ունի: Դուք արժանացել եք Նոբելյան մրցանակի, ճանաչվել բոլորի կողմից եւ նույն համեստ ու անկեղծ անձնավորությունն եք մնացել մարդկանց հետ ձեր շփումներու մ»,- նշել Է գլխավոր քարտուղարը:
Խաղաղության դեսպանորդի կոչումն ամենապատվավոր տիտղոսն Է, որը ՄԱԿ-ը շնորհում Է արվեստի, գիտության, իրավապաշտպան եւ այլ ոլորտների ականավոր գործիչներին: Այսօրվա դրությամբ դեսպանորդների ցուցակում կան բազմաթիվ հռչակավոր մարդիկ, որոնց թվում են՝ հոլիվուդյան դերասաններ Մայքլ Դուգլասը, Ջորջ Քլունին եւ Շարիզ Թերոնը, երաժիշտ Սթիվի Ուանդերը, գրողներ Պաուլո Կոելիոն եւ Ջեյն Գուդոլը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
