Քուրդ և ասորի նորընտիր պատգամավորներն Ազգային ժողովում կբարձրացնեն կրթամշակութային հարցեր

Հայաստանի ազգային փոքրամասնությունների ներկայացուցիչները 6-րդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովում կբարձրացնեն  էթնիկ կրթամշակութային, փոքրամասնությունների իրավունքների պաշտպանության և կենցաղային այլ հարցեր:

 «Արմենպրես»-ի  հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին ապրիլի 11-ին կայացած ասուլիսի ընթացքում խոսեցին Ազգային ժողովում ազգային փոքրամասնությունների նորընտիր ներկայացուցիչներ՝ Հայաստանի քրդականհամայնքի ղեկավար Կնյազ Հասանովն ու «Աթուր» ասորիների միության նախագահԱրսեն Միխայլովը: 

«Սովետական կարգերի փլուզումից մինչ այժմ Ազգային ժողովում չկար քրդական համայնքի ներկայացուցիչ: Համամասնական ընտրակարգով չունեինք ազգային այնպիսի կուսակցություն, որի միջոցով պատգամավոր ընտրվեր: Իսկ մեծամասնականով՝ չունեինք խիտ քրդաբնակ տարածքներ, որպեսզի ներկայացուցիչները կարողանային հավաքել մինչ 50.000 ձայն և ընտրվեին: Սակայն կատարված սահմանադրական փոփոխությունները հնարավորություն տվեցին ազգային փոքրամասնություններին, որ քվոտայով մուտք գործեն Ազգային ժողով:  Ազգային ժողովի ամբիոնից կբարձրացնենք ինչպես մեր համայնքին հուզ ող, այնպես էլ Հայաստանի մյուս շուրջ 11 փոքրամասնությունների հարցերը: Այդ հարցերը հիմնականում կվերաբերեն կրթությանը, մշակույթին նաև մեր ժողովրդի իրավունքների պահպանմանը: Ներկայումս ունենք գյուղեր, որտեղ չկան ջուր, կենցաղային օբյեկտներ: Մենք կմասնակցենք օրենքների ստեղծմանը, ինչպես նաև շատ այլ հարցերի քննարկմանը:  Այն բոլոր հարցերը, որոնք վերաբերելու են հայ պատգամավորներին, վերաբերելու են նաև մեզ»,-ասաց Կնյազ Հասանովն ու շնորհակալություն հայտնեց Հանրապետական կուսակցությանը, որ հնարավորություն է տվել Ազգային ժողովում քրդական համայնքից պատգամավոր ունենալու:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Ազգային ժողովում քուրդ պատգամավոր ունենալը պատիվ է ինչպես համայնքի, այնպես էլ խորհրդարանի համար:

Ի տարբերություն քրդական համայնքի, որը նախկինում ներկայացուցիչ է ունեցել Ազգային ժողովում, ասորական համայնքն առաջին անգամ կունենա համայնքի ներկայացուցիչ՝ պատգամավոր:

Արսեն Միխայլովի խոսքով՝ Ազգային ժողովում ասորի ներկայացուցիչ ունենալը ոչ միայն Հայաստանի ասորական համայնքի, այլ նաև եվրոպական երկրների ասորական համայնքների համար է մեծ իրադարձություն: Ասորական բոլոր համայնքները, հեռուստաընկերությունները սկսել են քննարկել այդ հարցը:

«Մենք Հայաստանում քաղաքական հարցեր չունենք: Պետք է բարձրացնենք մեր էթնիկ կրթամշակութային խնդիրները: Աշխատանք ունենք կատարելու մայրենի լեզվի դասաժամերի ավելացման ուղղությամբ: Նախկինում կառավարության հետ համատեղ աշխատանքով կարողացել ենք լուծում տալ կրթամշակութային ոլորտի խնդիրներին, բայց Ազգային ժողովում ավելի թափանցիկ ու ավելի շուտ կարող ենք դրանք լուծել: Մենք ՀՀ լիարժեք քաղաքացի ենք և պետք է մասնակցենք նաև մյուս բոլոր օրենքների քննարկմանը»,-ասաց Արսեն Միխայլովն ու նշեց, որ ասորական համայնքը բազմիցս իր շնորհակալությունն է հայտնել Հայաստանին՝ համայնքի նկատմամբ մարդասիրական վերաբերմունքի համար: Այդ պատճառով՝ իրենք ավելի պարտավորված ենք զգում՝ ունենալու իրենց արժանի դերը Հայաստանի կայացման և զարգացման գործում:
