Գեղարքունիքի մարզում կկառուցվի 235 մեգավատ ընդհանուր հզորությամբ առաջին հողմային էլեկտրակայանը

ՀՀ կառավարության 2017 թվականի մարտի 30-ի համապատասխան որոշմամբ եւ «Աքսես Փաուեր» միջազգային կազմակերպության ներդրումներով Գեղարքունիքի մարզում կկառուցվի 235 մեգավատ ընդհանուր հզորությամբ առաջին հողմային էլեկտրակայանը:
«Արմենպրես»-ի տեղեկացմամբ` ապրիլի 11-ին Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանն ընդունեց «Աքսես Փաուեր» միջազգային կազմակերպության ներկայացուցիչներին, որոնց հետ հերթական անգամ քննարկեց մարզի հինգ գյուղական համայնքների տարածքներում հողմային էլեկտրակայանների կառուցման խնդիրը: Ինչպես հանդիպման սկզբում նշեց Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետը, խոշոր ներդրումային այս ծրագրի վերաբերյալ արդեն քննարկում է կազմակերպվել ՀՀ վարչապետի մոտ եւ կայացվել է ՀՀ կառավարության համապատասխան որոշումը՝ մարզւմ հողմային էլեկտրակայանի կառուցման մասին:
«Մեր ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տվել, որ Կենտրոնական Ասիայում եւ Անդրկովկասում ամենաուժեղ քամիները գրանցվում են Գեղարքունիքի մարզում, եւ կարծում ենք, որ քամու էներգիան այստեղ մեծ ներուժ ունի: Դրա համար էլ մենք այլընտրանքային էներգիայի արտադրության ներդրումային ծրագիրը սկսելու ենք Գեղարքունիքի եւ Կոտայքի մարզերի թվով 7 համայնքներից»,- պատմեց ներկայացրեց «Աքսես փաուեր» կազմակերպության ծրագրի զարգացման տնօրեն Բասմա Բենթահերը:
Ըստ ներդրող կողմի՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզում քամու միջոցով էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության ծրագիրը կընթանա երեք փուլով: Առաջին փուլում կկառուցվի 80, երկրորդ փուլում՝ 70, երրորդ փուլում 85 մեգավատ հզորությամբ երեք կայան, որոնց ընդհանուր հզորությունը կկազմի 235 մեգավատ: Ներդրող կողմի կարծիքով՝ առաջին հողմակայանը հոսանք կարտադրի 2019 թվականի կեսերի, իսկ երկրորդ փուլը կմեկնարկի 2020 թվականի սկզբներին:
Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը նշեց, որ այս պահին Գեղարքունիքի մարզում ներդրողները մեծ հետաքրքրություն են ցուցաբերում այլընտրանքային էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության կազմակերպման եւ զարգացման ուղղությամբ եւ միաժամանակ պատրաստակամ են համապատասխան ներդրումներ կատարելու: Ներդրումներ են սպասվում ինչպես քամու եւ արեւի միջոցով էլեկտրաէներգիայի ստացման, այնպես էլ ջերմոցային տնտեսությունների ստեղծման ուղղություններում:
«Արեւային էներգիայի ստացման եւ ջերմոցային տնտեսությունների հիմնման ուղղություններում առաջարկությունները շատ-շատ են, եւ ինձ համար այս պահին շատ կարեւոր է` ծրագրերի քայլ առ քայլ եւ արդյունավետ իրականացումը: Միաժամանակ հավաստիացնում եմ, որ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանը լիովին պատրաստ է՝ աջակցելու այս ծրագրի իրականացմանը բոլոր խնդիրներում եւ նպաստելու է, որ այն կատարվի ամենաարագ եւ սեղմ ժամկետներում»,- հավաստեց Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը:
«Աքսես փաուեր» կազմակերպության ներկայացուցիչները երախտագիտություն հայտնեցին մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանին` ծրագրի ընդունման գործում ցուցաբերած աջակցության համար եւ հույս հայտնեցին, որ այս ծրագրի իրականացման շնորհիվ Գեղարքունիքի մարզը կդառնա Հայաստանում վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի մայրաքաղաքը, նաեւ` ամենականաչ մարզը:
Կողմերի միջև պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք բերվեց՝ սեղմ ժամկետներում մարզում ստեղծել «Աքսես փաուեր» կազմակերպության ներկայացուցչություն, որը եւ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի աջակցությամբ պետք է տա աշխատանքների մեկնարկը:
