 Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Վարդան Հարությունյանի հանձնարարությամբ շարունակվում են ոլորտային հանդիպումները. ՊԵԿ-բիզնես երկխոսության օրակարգում ըստ ոլորտների հիմնական ռիսկերի առանձնացումն ու դրանց նվազեցմանն ուղղված քայլերն են: Ծախսերի ուռճացում, թաքցվող շրջանառություն, գների թերհայտարարագրում, ՀԴՄ շահագործման կանոնների խախտում. սրանք այն հիմնական ռիսկերն են, որ արձանագրվել են գրեթե բոլոր ոլորտներում: ՊԵԿ նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Կարեն Բրուտյանի դիտարկմամբ՝ ձեռնարկված միջոցառումներով պետք է հասնել նրան, որ բոլոր գործարքները փաստաթղթավորվեն, աշխատողները ձևակերպվեն և արձանագրվի  աշխատավարձերի իրական չափը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Զբոսաշրջային գործունեություն իրականացնող հարկ վճարողներին ներկայացվել են ոլորտի ռիսկերը. 71 տնտեսվարողի ստվերի գնահատմամբ ՊԵԿ-ն արձանագրել է, որ զբոսաշրջային փաթեթների կանխիկ վաճառքի դեպքում ոչ միայն ՀԴՄ կտրոններ չեն տրամադրվում, այլև գրավոր պայմանագրեր չեն կնքվում սպառողների հետ: Իսկ բազմաբնակարան-բազմաֆունկցիոնալ շենքերի կառուցապատմամբ զբաղվող 76 խոշոր ընկերությունների ստվերի գնահատմամբ էլ արձանագրվել է իրացման ոչ լիարժեք գների ձևակերպում:  Գնահատված 35 տնտեսվարողի մասով արձանագրվել է շուրջ 50 տոկոսի ստվեր: Հարկային ռիսկեր ե ն նկատվել նաև կենցաղային տեխնիկայի, բջջային հեռախոսների ներմուծմամբ ու իրացմամբ զբաղվող հարկ վճարողների դաշտում: 82 տնտեսվարողի ստվերի գնահատման արդյունքում արձանագրվել է, որ ներմուծողը ապրանքներն իրացրել է իրականից էականորեն ցածր գներով, իսկ ձեռքբերման գներում էլ արձանագրվել է ծախսերի ուռճացում: 46 տնտեսվարողի գործունեության ուսումնասիրությամբ պարզվել է, որ ստվերը ոլորտում կազմում է շուրջ 54 տոկոս: «Տնտեսվարողները շահույթ պետք է ստանան աշխատանքի արդյունավետ կազմակերպման միջոցով, այլ ոչ թե հարկեր չվճարելու ճանապարհով»,-ընգծեÕ ¬ է ՊԵԿ նախագահի առաջին տեղակալը:

Խոշոր հարկ վճարողների հարկային տեսչությունում ստվերի կրճատմանն ուղղված միջոցառումներով արձանագրված աճի զգալի մասը բաժին է ընկնում ռիսկային համարվող ընկերություններին:  2017-ի առաջին եռամսյակում, նախորդի համեմատ, ոչ ռիսկային համարվող տնտեսվարողների մոտ գրանցվել է հարկային եկմաուտների 6 տոկոս աճ, իսկ ռիսկային խմբում՝ շուրջ 26 տոկոս: Տեսչությունում հարկային ռիսկերը  քննարկել են խոշոր առևտրային ցանցերի ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Խոշոր սուպերմարկետների հարկային մուտքերը նախորդ տարվա հունվար-մարտ ամիսների համեմատությամբ 2017-ի նույն ժա մանակահատվածում աճել են 870,9 միլիոն դրամով:

ՊԵԿ նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Կարեն Բրուտյանի վստահեցմամբ՝ կոմիտեն բիզնեսի հետ երկխոսությամբ շարունակելու է ջանքերը ստվերի դեմ պայքարի արդյունավետության բարձրացման ուղղությամբ՝ տնտեսվարողներից ակնկալելով վարքագծի էական փոփոխություն. «Դրական փոփոխություններ չարձանագրվելու դեպքում ՊԵԿ-ը դիմելու է վարչարարական խիստ գործիքների կիրառմանը: Իսկ բարեխիղճ տնտեսվարողները պետք է վստահ լինեն, որ քանի դեռ չունեն հարկային ռիսկեր՝ կոմիտեն որևէ կերպ չի միջամտի իրենց գործունեությանը»:
