Հայ և արտասահմանցի բժիշկները Երևանում կքննարկեն օստեոպորոզի բուժման մեթոդները

Մարդու ոսկրային համակարգի ամենատարածված հիվանդություններից օստեոպորոզի ախտորոշման, բուժման և կանխարգելման թեմաներով Երևանում կանցկացվի միջազգային համաժողով: 9-րդ անգամ անցկացող համաժողովը տեղի կունենա հոկտեմբերի 22-ին Օստեոպորոզի դեմ պայքարի օրվա շրջանակում: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ը զրուցել է Օստեոպորոզի հայկական ասոցիացիայի նախագահ Վարտա Բաբայանի հետ, ում խոսքով` համաժողովի պատվաոր հյուրն է լինելու Կոլումբիայի Համալսարանի պրոֆեսոր Ջոն Բիլեզիկյանը իր գործընկերների՝ Մարիամ Մանուկյանի (Կալիֆորնիա), Նունե Փաշինյանի (Լոս Անջելոս), Քիմ Հեքիմյանի ( Նյու-Յորք),Նիքոլաս Հատչինգսի (Նյու-Յորք) հետ:
«Այս տարվա կոնֆերանսի յուրահատկությունը նրանում է, որ պլենար դասախոսությունների հետ միասին կազմակերպվելու են առանձին սեմինարներ տարբեր մասնագետների համար: Քանի որ օստեոպորոզը բազմաճյուղային խնդիր է, տարբեր ոլորտներում պետք է ցուցադրվի ինդիվիդուալ մոտեցում հիվանդի նկատմամբ»,-նշեց միջոցառման կազմակերպիչը: ԱՄՆ-ից ժամանած մասնագետների մասնակցությամբ համաժողովի թեմաներն ընդգրկուն են: «Անդրադարձ կկատարվի օստեոպորոզի կանխարգելմանը, սնուցմանը և դպրոցական եւ դեռահաս երեխաների մոտ վաղ տարիքում ֆիզիկական ակ տիվությունը խթանելու հարցերին: Աշխարհում օստեոպորոզի հայտնաբերման մոնիտորինգի եւ բուժման մեթոդներ տարբեր են, որոնց շուրջ էլ բժիշկները կծավալվեն քննարկումներ»,-տեղեկացրեց զրուցակիցը: Հոկտեմբերի 23-ին էլ համաժողովը կկայանա Գյումրի բժշկական կենտրոնում վերը նշված մասնագետների մասնակցությամբ Լոռու և Շիրակի բժիշկների համար:
Օստեոպորոզը մարդու ոսկրային համակարգի ամենատարածված հիվանդություններից է, որը խոշոր առողջապահական խնդիր է: Օստեոպորոզը բնութագրվում է ոսկրերի ցածր խտությամբ, ոսկրային հյուսվածքի թուլացմամբ և նրա կառուցվածքի խախտմամբ, ոսկրերի ամրության իջեցմամբ և կոտրվածքների առաջացման հավանականության աճով: Կոտրվածքները և դրանց բարդություններն օստեոպորոզի լուրջ կլինիկական հետևանքներն են: Առավել հաճախ կոտրվում են ողերը (ողնաշար), ազդրի պրոքսիմալ հատվածը (ազդրոսկր) և նախաբազկի դիստալ հատվածը (դաստակ): Մեծահասակ հիվանդների մոտ կոտրվածքների մեծ մաը տեղի են ունենում ոսկրերի ցածր խտության հետևանքով, նույնիսկ եթե վնասվածքի եղել է ոչ լուրջ: Ցանկացած ոսկրային խոշոր նոր կոտրվածք 50 տարեկան և ավելի մեծ տարիքի մարդկանց մոտ պետք է լուրջ պատճառ դառնա հետագայում հետազոտվելու, օստեոպորոզը ախտորոշելու և բուժելու համար: Այս հիվանդության կանխարգելումը, ախտորոշումը եւ բուժումը բարելավելու նպատակով 2007 թվականին ստեղծվել է օստեոպորոզի հայկական ասոցիացիան: Այս տարիների ընթացքում կազմակերպվել են բազմաթիվ ուսուցողական դասընթացներ բժիշկների համար: Ամեն տարի Հոկտեմբերի 20-ին նշվում է Օստեոպորոզ ի դեմ պայքարի օրը, որի շրջանակներում անցկացվում է համաժողով:
