Արտահանման ապահովագրական գործակալությունը հատուցում է արտահանողի կրած վնասների մինչև 95 տոկոսը

Հայաստանի արտահանման ապահովագրական գործակալությունը մատուցում է ապահովագրական ծառայություն, որը պաշտպանում է արտահանողներին մատակարարված ապրանքների և ծառայությունների դիմաց գնորդների կողմից չվճարման ռիսկերից և հնարավորություն է ստեղծում հետվճարման պայմանով մատակարարված ապրանքների և ծառայությունների գումարը ստանալ նախապես` մինչև գնորդի վճարումն` անգրավ, կարճաժամկետ վարկի կամ ֆակտորինգի տեսքով: Այս գործ իքով լայն հնարավորություններ են ստեղծվում նաև արտարժութային ռիսկերի կառավարման համար: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին ապրիլի 11-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց «Հայաստանի արտահանման ապահովագրական գործակալություն» ԱՓԲԸ գործադիր տնօրեն Վազգեն Աբգարյանը:
«Արտահանողի համար միջազգային շուկայում մրցունակ պայմաններ ստեղծելու նպատակով տրամադրում ենք ծառայություն, որը հատուցում է արտահանողի կրած վնասների մինչև 95 տոկոսն այն դեպքում, երբ գնորդը չի կատարում պայմանագրով սահմանված վճարման պարտավորությունը: Այն բաժանում ենք երկու մասի` քաղաքական ռիսկեր պարունակող, ինչպիսիք են` բնական աղետներ, պատերազմներ, պատժամիջոցներ, էմբարգոներ, և առևտրային ռիսկեր, երբ կազմակերպությունը համարվում է սնանկ և հրաժարվում է վճարում իրականացնելուց»,- ասաց նա` հավելելով, որ ապահովագրման տեսանկյու նից չկա որևէ երկրի սահմանափակում: Աբգարյանի խոսքով` գործիքի առավելությունը կայանում է նրանում, որ գնորդ կողմի մասնակցությունն ապահովագրության գործընթացում չի պահանջվում:
«Այսինքն, մի կողմից ստեղծում ենք այնպիսի միջավայր, որ գնորդի և վաճառողի միջև առկա են փոխադարձ շահեկան պայմաններ, իսկ մյուս կողմից վաճառողն ապահովագրված է լինում հնարավոր չվճարման ռիսկերից»,- նշեց «Հայաստանի արտահանման ապահովագրական գործակալություն» ԱՓԲԸ գործադիր տնօրենը:
Նրա ներկայացմամբ` ծառայության սակագները հաշվարկվել են այնպես, որ հավելյալ բեռ չհանդիսանան տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների համար: Օրինակ` դեպի ՌԴ արտահանման 60-90 օր տարաժամկետ վճարման տևողության դեպքում ապահովագրական միջին սակագինը կազմում է 0,5-0,6 տոկոս:
Մյուս առավելությունն, ըստ Աբգարյանի, նրանում է, որ առևտրային բանկերն ընդունում են Հայաստանի արտահանման ապահովագրական գործակալության տրամադրված պոլիսը, որպես ապահովագրման միջոց և պատրաստ են անմիջապես արտահանելուց հետո հայ արտահանողներին ավելի մատչելի պայմաններում տրամադրել առևտրային ֆակտորինգ: Այսինքն, ապրանքը Հայաստանի սահմանը հատելուց հետո արտահանողը հնարավորություն ունի առանց գրավային միջոցների բանկից ստանալու արտահանված հաշիվ ապրանքագրի արժեքի 90 տոկոսի չափով ֆինանսավորում:
Նա նաև հավելեց, որ ստեղծվում են նախապայմաններ, որով արտահանողը կարողանում է էականորեն զսպել արտարժույթի հետագա տատանումներից առաջացող ռիսկերը:
