ԼՐԱԳԻՐ / Երեւանի Ավագանու ընտրության գործընթացը ստացվում է ավելի հետաքրքիր, քան թվում էր խորհրդարանի ընտրությունից անմիջապես հետո: Բայց հետաքրքրությունը ոչ այնքան պայմանավորված է ՀՀԿ-ԵԼՔ դիմակայության հեռանկարով, ինչպես կարող է թվալ առաջին հայացքից, այլ ԵԼՔ-Երկիր Ծիրանի դիմակայությամբ:

Ընդ որում, խնդիրն այն չէ, թե նրանցից ով կանցնի Ավագանի: Կանցնեն երկուսն էլ, կարծես թե, քանի որ ըստ օրենքի Երեւանի Ավագանին պետք է կազմված լինի նվազագույնը երեք ուժից: Իսկ ընտրությանը մասնակցում է առավելագույնը երեք ուժ: Հետեւաբար անցողիկ շեմի խնդիր այլեւս չկա եւ որքան էլ ցածր լինի ցուցանիշը, այն կունենա ներկայացվածություն Ավագանում:

Ինտրիգն այն է, թե Երկիր Ծիրանի նորաստեղծ կուսակցությունը, որ հիմնադրել է Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը, ինչպիսի արդյունք է ցույց տալու ԵԼՔ-ի համեմատաբար արդեն փորձառու թիմի համեմատ: ԵԼՔ-ը խորհրդարանի ընտրությանը հավաքեց մոտ 8 տոկոս, ինչը կազմեց 122 հազարից մի փոքր ավելի քվե: Ենթադրվում է, որ տոկոսային առումով ԵԼՔ-ը ավելի բարձր ցուցանիշ է ունենալու Երեւանում, թե այն պատճառով, որ ԵԼՔ-ն այսպես ասած ավելի շատ քաղաքային էլեկտորատի կուսակցություն է, թե այն պատճառով, որ չկա Ծառուկյանը, որը կլանում է ամբողջ դժգոհ էլեկտորատը: Բոլոր դժգոհները չեն, իհարկե, որ ձայն կտան ԵԼՔ-ին, բայց ակնհայտ է, որ նրանց մի մասը կգնա դեպի ԵԼՔ:
