Դա կարող է նշանակել, որ օրգանիզմին վիտամիններ են պակասում: Ձեր սննդակարգում պակասում են երկաթ և վիտամին B12: Դրա արդյունքում լեզուն կարող է «ճաղատանալ»:

Դա վկայում է բերանի խոռոչի վատ հիգիենայի մասին կամ կարող է առաջանալ ծխելու, սուրճ կամ սև թեյ օգտագործելու արդյունքում: Արդյունքում կարող է տհաճ հոտ առաջանալ: Առաջին հերթին պետք է հրաժարվել վնասակար սովորություններից:

Կարող է վկայել ծերացման մասին (այո, մեր լեզուն ևս ծերանում է): Սովորաբար ծալքերը անցավ են, սակայն վատ հիգիենայի դեպքում մեծ է ինֆեկցիայի առաջացման հավանականությունը:
