Սեպտեմբերի 8-15-ը Սոչիում կկայանա «Նոր Ալիք 2017» երիտասարդ կատարողների մրցույթը, որին այս տարի Հայաստանը կներկայացնեն «Դեպի Եվրատեսիլ» մրցույթից հայտնի երգչուհի Սյուզաննա Մելքոնյանը եւ «Հայաստանի Ձայնը» մրցույթի մասնակից Էռնա Միրզոյանը: Թեմայի շուրջ NEWS.am STYLE-ը զրուցել է Սյուզաննա Մելքոնյանի հետ, որը խոստովանել է՝ մրցույթին մասնակցելն իր վաղեմի երազանքն է եղել.
««Նոր Ալիք» մրցույթն ինձ շատ վաղուց է հետաքրքրել: Երբ ընտրեցի պրոֆեսիոնալ երգով զբաղվելու ուղին, ցանկություն կար միջազգային հարթակում ներկայացնել մեր երկիրը: Տարիներ առաջ էլ մասնակցել եմ մրցույթին, բայց մեր երկրում ընդգրկվել եմ միայն լավագույն տասնյակի մեջ: Դրանից հետո որոշեցի աշխատել ինձ վրա: Եվ, ահա, հասունացավ պահն, ու որոշեցի մասնակցության հայտ ներկայացնել մրցույթին: Նրանց ուղարկեցի իմ ձայնագրությունները՝ միջազգային հիթ, երկրի հիթ եւ հեղինակային երգ, որը գրել է Շուշան Սարգսյանը: Ուղարկեցի երգերն ու իմ լուսանկարները, որից հետո ինձ զանգահարեցին եւ ասացին, որ կսպասեն Մոսկվայում կայանալիք կիսաեզրափակիչ փուլին»,-պատմում է Սյուզաննան՝ հավելելով, որ նախընտրական փուլն, իսկապես, բարդ է եղել.
