Ազգային ժողովի նիստը քվորում չլինելու պատճառով կրկին չմեկնարկեց

Քվորում չլինելու պատճառով Ազգային ժողովի հերթական քառօրյայի երրորդ նիստը ևս չմեկնարկեց: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ժամը 12:00-ի դրությամբ նիստին մասնակցելու համար գրանցվել էր 17 պատգամավոր:
Նիստը նախագահող, ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը հայտնեց, որ քվորում չլինելու պատճառով նիստը չի մեկնարկում և հիշեցրեց, որ Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ-օրենքի համաձայն նման դեպքերում պատգամավորների գրանցման գործընթացը շարունակվում է մինչև քվորում ապահովելը, սակայն ոչ ավելի, քան 3 ժամ:
Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահը ուրախությամբ նկատեց, որ նախորդ օրերի համեմատ գրանցված պատգամավորների թիվն ավելացել է: «Մեր շարքերը չեն նոսրանում, այսօր 17 պատգամավոր է գրանցվել: Հույս ունեմ, որ աստիճանաբար կվերադառնանք բնականոն հուն»,- ասաց նա:
Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը շնորհավորեց դահլիճում ներկա Ազգային ժողովի ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանին` ընտրություններում կուսակցության տարածքային ցուցակով լուրջ հաջողություն արձանագրելու համար: «Շնորհավորում եմ նաև մեր բոլոր գործընկերներին, ովքեր անցած ընտրություններում հաջողություն են արձանագրել, իսկ մեր գործընկերներին, ովքեր հաջորդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովում չեն աշխատելու, առաջարկում եմ ևս մեկ անգամ ծափահարել»,- եզրափակեց Շարմազանովը:
Պատգամավորները ևս մեկ անգամ նիստերի դահլիճում կհավաքվեն ժամը 15:00-ին: Եթե այդ պահին էլ նիստը սկսելու համար քվորում չապահովվի, ապա հերթական նիստը ևս չի կայանա:
