Ռուսական քարոզչության վառ ներկայացուցիչներից` ռուս հաղորդավար Վլադիմիր Սոլովյովը, որն օրերս այցելել էր Բաքու, «Վեստի FM» ռադիոկայանի եթերում մանրամասներ է ներկայացրել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ հանդիպումից:
Նա համարվում է Հայաստանի բարեկամ, ինքն էլ խոստովանել է, որ լավ վերաբերմունք ունի Հայաստանի նկատմամբ ու երբեք դա չի թաքցրել: Նրա խոսքով՝ Ալիևի հետ զրույցը տևել է շուրջ 2 ժամ՝ առանց տեսախցիկների: «Նա ինձ վրա լավ տպավորություն թողեց: Հիանալի կրթված, խելացի պետական գործիչ է: Դա չի նշանակում, որ համաձայն եմ նրա դիրքորոշման հետ…»,-ասել է Սոլովյովը՝ շեշտելով, որ զրույցի ընթացքում Ալիևը վիրավորական ոչ մի արտահայտություն չի արել Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հանդեպ: «Նույն կերպ ես խոսել եմ նաև Հայաստանի նախագահի՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ: Յուրաքանչյուրն ունի կոշտ դիրքորոշում, սակայն նրանք չեն անցնում նրբանկատության սահմանները»,-հավելել է հաղորդավարը:
Այնուհետև, Սոլովյովի խոսքով՝ Ալիևի հետ հանդիպմանը քննարկվել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի 5 շրջանների հարցը, 2016թ. ապրիլին հակամարտության էսկալացիան: Երբ ռուս հաղորդավարը հայտնել է իր տեսակետը, ըստ որի ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունը ռազմական լուծում չունի, Ալիևն ասել է. «Զուտ ռազմական առումով ցանկացած խնդիր լուծելի է նույնիսկ Բաքվից: Մենք գնում ենք ոչ միայն ռուսական զենք: Արդեն գնել ենք 6 միլիարդ դոլարի իսրայելական զենքեր: Ժամանակակից տեխնիկայի շնորհիվ մենք տեսնում ենք՝ ինչ է տեղի ունենում Ղարաբաղում»:
Սոլովյովը նաև ասել է, որ Ռուսաստանի ներկայիս ղեկավարության օրոք արցախյան հակամարտության ռազմական լուծումը անհնարին է: «Փոխզիջման որոնումը հնարավոր է: Դա կհանգեցնի նրան, որ Հայաստանը դուրս կգա շրջափակումից: Հսկայական ներդրումներ կլինեն Ադրբեջանի կողմից: Կարևոր է նաև, որ Հայաստանը, Ադրբեջանը և Ռուսաստանը կգտնվեն ԵՏՄ-ի միասնական տարածքում»,-ընդգծել է Սոլովյովը:
