Սպանություն Նոր Նորքում. մեկ անձ ձերբակալվել է

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկած անհետաձգելի քննչական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է 35-ամյա տղամարդու սպանության մի շարք հանգամանքներ։ Մեկ անձ ձերբակալվել է: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպրտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
2017թ. ապրիլի 11-ին ահազանգ է ստացվել առ այն, որ Ջրվեժի Մայակ թաղամասի շենքերից մեկի բնակարանում տղամարդու դի կա:
Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը։ Դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվել է Երևան քաղաքի 35-ամյա բնակչի դին՝ կրծքավանդակի առաջային և հետին մասում կտրած-ծակած վնասվածքներով:
Նույն օրը ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, մշակվել քննչական պլան, և ձեռնարկվել անհրաժեշտ քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական գործողություններ՝ տղամարդու մահվան հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
Արդյունքում՝ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել͵ որ նշված բնակարանում͵ որտեղ սպանվել է տղամարդը͵ վարձակալական հիմունքներով բնակվել է 42-ամյա մի կին։ Վերջինիս ինքնությունը և նրա առնչությունն սպանված տղամարդու հետ պարզվել է։
Կինը ձերբակալվել է և հարցաքննվել։ Նշանակվել են դիակի դատաբժշկական, դատահետքաբանական և դատակենսաբանական փորձաքննություններ, հարցաքննվել մի շարք վկաներ:
Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ քրեական գործով ձեռք բերված նախնական տվյալները͵ կասկածյալի մատնանշած հանգամանքներն ստուգելու ուղղությամբ։
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա կայացվող դատավարական որոշումների մասին կտեղեկացնենք լրացուցիչ։
Նկատի ունենալով քրեական գործի առանձնահատկությունները՝ վարույթի մասնակիցների մասնավոր կյանքի պաշտպանության նպատակով այլ մանրամասներ͵ այդ թվում՝ տուժողի և կասկածյալի անհատական տվյալները հրապարակման ենթակա չեն։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
