ՀՀ-ում ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավար, դեսպան Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին հայտարարել է դրամաշնորհային նոր ծրագրի մեկնարկը, որին հատկացվող բյուջեն կազմում է 1.5 մլն եվրո: Այն միտված է երկրում քաղհասարակության հզորացմանը, ինչպես նաև քաղհասարակության կազմակերպություններին այլընտրանքային աղբյուրներով ապահովելուն: ԵՄ պատվիրակությունը նախաձեռնել է երկու դրամաշնորհային ծրագիր, որոնք միասին հատկացվելիք գումարն է 4 մլն 400 հազար եվրո:
Պ. Սվիտալսկին մեծ հույսեր ունի, որ ծրագիրը հետաքրքրություն կառաջացնի քաղհասարակության զարգացման ուղղությամբ աշխատող հասարակական կազմակերպությունների շրջանում: Ծրագրի նպատակն է քաղհասարակության կարողությունները ամրապնդել և ամրագրել այն պարտավորությունները, որոնք առկա են ԵՄ-ՀՀ համագործակցության օրակարգում: Դեսպանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակությունը ջանքեր է գործադրելու տարբեր ոլորտների զարգացման ուղղությամբ: Նա շեշտել է, որ իրենց նպատակն է առաջ բերել կոնկրետ ծրագրեր, հանրային տարբեր նախաձեռնություններ՝ ուղղված ինչպես առողջության, առողջ ապրելակերպի, հասարակական տրանսպորտի, շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանության և այլ ոլորտներին: ԵՄ-ն փնտրում է նորարարական նախագծեր, որոնք կդարձնեն Հայաստանն ավելի առողջ, ապահով, մաքուր և ավելի կայուն:
Հայտամրցույթի հիմնական նպատակն է ֆինանսավորել քաղաքացիական հասարակության մի շարք նախաձեռնություններ, որոնք ուղղված կլինեն քաղհասարակության դերի բարձրացմանը՝ խթանելով նաև ԵՄ-ՀՀ համագործակցությունը, ինչպես նաև ապահովելու բարեփոխումների մոնիթորինգ և հանրային հաշվետվողականության աճ այն ոլորտներում, որոնք ընդգրկում են ԵՄ-Հայաստան համաձայնագրերը: Այս հայտամրցույթը կլրացնի ներկայումս ԵՄ կողմից ֆինանսավորվող քաղհասարակության կազմակերպությունների կարողությունների զարգացմանն անմիջականորեն աջակցող ծրագրերի ցանկը 30 նոր դրամաշնորհների միջոցով:
