Բյուլբյուլօղլիի`մշակույթի նախարար եղած ժամանակ ոչնչացվել են Նախիջեւանի հայկական խաչքարերը

Ռուսաստանում Ադրբեջանի դեսպան Փոլադ Բյուլբյուլօղլիի առաջադրումը ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի գլխավոր տնօրենի պաշտոնում անհանգստացնող երեւույթ է: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ապրիլի 12-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նման տեսակետ հայտնեց արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Արման Նավասարդյանը: Նա հավանական է համարում, որ 9 թեկնածուներից նա կընտրվի այդ պաշտոնում: «Դա կարող է ունենալ անցանկալի հետեւնքներ Հայաստանի եւ հայության համար երկու հիմնական պատճառով: Առաջինը այն, որ այդ անձնավորության մոտ կա հայաֆոբիա կամ էլ նա տուրք է տալիս այժմյան իշխանություններին: Նա տասը տարուց ավելի եղել է Ադրբեջանի մշակույթի նախարար, եւ հենց այդ ժամանակաշրջանում են ոչնչացվել Նախիջեւանի բոլոր խաչքարերը: Ինձ համար որպես մասնագետի՝ հատկապես ցավալի է նրա 11 տարվա աշխատանքը որպես Ռուսաստանում Ադրբեջանի դեսպան»,-ասաց Նավասարդյանը:
Դեսպանի խոսքով՝ այն պաշտոնյան, ով մշտապես հանդես է գալիս ոչ միայն ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունը զենքի ուժով լուծելու դիրքերից, այլեւ հայտարարել է, որ պատրաստ է զենք վերցնել եւ կռվել այդ հողերի համար՝ նմանատիպ նկրտումներ արտահայտելով նաեւ Երեւանի առումով, չի կարող նշանակվել այդ պաշտոնում:
«Երբ փողոցային խուժանը քայլեր է անում, եւ նրան չեն կանգնեցնում, նա ավելի շատ է ոգեւորվում: Ես չեմ տեսել, որ նրա ասածներին որեւէ պաշտոնական հակադարձում լինի հայկական դեսպանության, հայ համայնքի կողմից: Սա դառը իրականություն է, եւ ժամանակի ընթացքում նա ավելի ոգեւորվեց: Ես չեմ ուզում խորանալ, թե ինչ փողեր են պտտվում ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ում, բայց նրա նշանակման համար շանսեր կան: Տվյալներ կան, որ ամեն ինչ արվում է, որ հենց նա նշանակվի՝ հաշվի առնելով այն, թե ինչ ֆինանսական վիճակում է ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ն, որոշ երկրներ կրճատել են անդամավճարները, այդ թվո ւմ՝ ԱՄՆ-ն, իսկ Թուրքիան, Ադրբեջանը եւ այլ մահմեդական երկրներ ավելացրել են մուծումները»,-նշեց դիվանագետը:
Արման Նավասարդյանը համոզված է, որ այս հարցին պետք է արձագանք լինի Հայաստանից: «Մենք ավելի քան մեկ ամիս է՝ լծված ենք այս գործին, մտավորականության, հասարակական կազմակերպությունների հետ միասին կազմակերպել եւ նամակներ ենք ուղարկել ըստ համապատասխան հասցեների՝ բացատրելով, թե նրա նշանակումը ինչ հետեւանք կարող է ունենալ: Հղում ենք կատարել նաեւ կանոնադրությանը, որով արգելվում է նման փիլիսոփայություն քարոզող անձին զբաղվել այդ գործով: Տեսնենք՝ ինչ կստացվի: Պետք է ոտքի հանել այնպիսի անձնավորությունների, ինչպիսիք են օրինակ՝ Շառլ Ազնավու րը, մեծ դեր կարող է ունենալ Վատիկանը»,-եզրափակեց Արման Նավասարդյանը:
