Հայաստանում փոխպատվասված հիվանդների առողջական վիճակը նորմայի մեջ է

Հայաստանում ոսկրածուծի ցողունային բջիջների փոխպատվաստման ենթարկված հիվանդների առողջական վիճակը նորմայի շրջանակում է: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության աշխատակազմի պետական առողջապահական գործակալոթյան պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Ծաղիկ Վարդանյանը:
«Ես խոսել եմ հայ տրանսպլանտոլոգների թիմի ղեկավար, պրոֆեսոր Սմբատ Դաղբաշյանի հետ: Նա փոխանցեց, որ հիվանդների առողջական վիճակը համապատասխանում է իրականացված վիրահատությանը: Ասացին, որ առողջական վիճակը նորմայի մեջ է: Այս փուլում այսքանն են կարող ասել, հույս ունենք, որ սկսած գործի սկիզբը դրական կլինի»,-ասաց Ծաղիկ Վարդանյանը:
Անդրադառնալով Հայաստանում իրականացվող փոխպատվաստումներին` նա ասաց, որ ներկայում արվում է երիկամի փոխպատվաստում: Այժմ վերլուծվում են այլ օրգանների փոխպատվաստման խնդիրներն ու հնարավորությունները: Ծաղիկ Վարդանյանը նշեց, որ հայաստանյան մի քանի խոշոր կլինիկաներ նախնական արձագանքել են:
«Տարեկան Հայաստանում միջինը 30-40 մարդ երիկամի փոխպատվաստման կարիք ունի: Մենք հնարավորություն ունենք ավելացնել երիկամների փոխպատվաստման ցուցանիշները: Եթե դիտարկում ենք փոխպատվաստման դինամիկան 2010 թվականից, ապա տեսնում ենք, որ այդ տարում իրականացվել է 12 փոխպատվաստում, իսկ օրինակ նախորդ տարի` 8: Այսինքն` տեմպերն իջել են: Դա ունի իր օբյեկտիվ և սուբյեկտիվ պատճառները»,-ասաց Ծաղիկ Վարդանյանը:
Պատճառներից մեկն, ըստ Ծաղիկ Վարդանյանի, մահացող մարմնից, որպես դոնոր, օրգան վերցնելու խնդիրն է: «Հայաստանում դա չի արվում, զուտ մենթալիտետի խնդիր է: Ոչ ոք չի ցանկանում թույլ տալ վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում մահացող հիվանդի օրգանը վերցնել: Այժմ այդ խնդրի լուծման տարբերակներ ենք քննարկում, դրանցից մեկի համաձայն, անձը կարող է գրանցվել համապատասխան ռեեստրում, եթե չի ցանկանում թույլ տալ կյանքից հեռանալու դեպքում իր օրգանն օգտագործել որպես դոնոր: Եթե այդ ռեեստրում չի գրանցվում, ուրեմն կյանքից հեռանալու դեպքում թույլատրվում է օրգա նը վերցնել: Կրկնեմ սա դեռ վարկածներից մեկն է»,-ասաց Ծաղիկ Վարդանյանը:
Ապրիլի 10-ին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության պրոֆեսոր Ռ.Օ. Յոլյանի անվան արյունաբանական կենտրոնում Համբուրգի Էպենդորֆ կլինիկայի փոխպատվաստման բաժնի ղեկավար, պրոֆեսոր Նիկոլաուս Կրյոգերը արյունաբանական կենտրոնի տրանսպլանտոլոգների թիմի հետ իրականացրեց Հայաստանում ոսկրածուծի ցողունային բջիջների առաջին երկու փոխպատվաստումը:
