«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխային պահելը շատ դեպքերում ծախսերի հետ է կապված՝ ամենամսյա դեղերի գնում, խմանքի և զարգացման կենտրոնների հաճախում, երբեմն նաև հատուկ սարքերի՝ սայլակների և քայլակների գնում:

Որոշ դեպքերում մարդիկ համարձակություն չեն ունենում իրենց ծնողական պարտքը կատարել՝ պատճառ բերելով հենց այս հանգամանքները: Ոմանք վախենում են շրջապատի ծուռ հայացքներից, ոմանք՝ իրենք իրենց համոզում, թե չեն կարողանա ապահովել երեխային անհրաժեշտ ամբողջական խնամքը՝ չհասկանալով, որ մանկատան աշխատակիցները իրենց երեխաներին չեն տա այն սերն ու ջերմությունը, որը գուցե առավել կարևոր է փոքրիկի համար, քան սայլակն ու մյուս բոլոր բաները:

Նման մտածելակերպին «զոհ» են դառնում, ցավոք սրտի, նաև նոր լույս աշխարհ եկած փոքրիկները, որոնց մոտ առողջական շեղումը ի հայտ է գալիս անմիջապես ու բժիշկների համար հասկանալի է ի սկզբանե:

Ինչպես նշում է Երևանի «Սուրբ Աստվածածին» բժշկական կենտրոնի մանկական նյարդավիրաբուժական բաժանմունքի վարիչ Մարգար Մարտիրոսյանը տարիներ առաջ ծնողները տեսնելով, որ երեխան հաշմանդամ է՝ ավելի շատ էին հրաժարվում, իսկ այժմ բարոյական նորմերին հետևելով՝ ավելի հազվադեպ են նման դեպքեր պատահում: Մանկական նյարդավիրաբույժի խոսքով՝ իրենց հիվանդանոցում արատ ունեցող երեխաներից հրաժարման դեպքերը տարվա մեջ 1–2 անգամ են լինում:

«Ես ոչ հորդորում եմ տուն տանել, ոչ էլ ասում՝ մի տարեք, որովհետև հետո հետ են դառնում, հարցնում, թե ով է ասել: Լավ կլինի՝ ասում են բժիշկն է ասել, վատ կլինի՝ ամեն ինչ կկապեն բժշկի հետ: Ավելի լավ է բացատրել, ինչպիսի հեռանկարներ են սպասվում նման երեխային: Ասում ենք՝ որոշումը ձերն է, ասում ենք ինչպիսի խնդիրներ, հարցեր կլինեն, կքայլի, թե՝ ոչ, մտավոր ունակություններն ինչպիսին կլինեն, որպեսզի ծնողը որոշի երեխային տեր կանգնում է, թե՝ տալիս մանկատուն: Եթե ասես գործ չունես, վաղը ծախսերի հետ գործ կունենաս, կասեն բժիշկն ասեց ձեռ քաշիր: Բժիշկը դարձավ քավության նոխազ: Ասում ես տար, տանը հաշմանդամ երեխային տեսնելով ում պիտի հիշեն՝ բժշկին.«Բժիշկը մեզ համոզեց, հիվանդ երեխային տվեց մեզ»: Մեր դերը առողջական խնդիրները, հետագա զարգացումները ճիշտ ներկայացնելն է, իսկ որոշումը ծնողինն է»,– ասաց բժիշկը:

2015 թ. «Սուրբ Աստվածածին» բժշկական կենտրոն հիդրոցեֆալիայով 16 երեխա է ընդունվել, որից երկուսը մահացել են, երկուսը՝ ուղարկվել մանկատուն, սպինա բիֆիդայի 25 դեպք է եղել: Նախորդ տարի՝ 2016 թ. հիդրոցեֆալիա ունեցող երեխաների թիվը կազմել է 34, երեքից հրաժարվել են, սպինա բիֆիդա ախտորոշում ունեցող երեխաների թիվը եղել է 31, նրանցից մեկը մահացել է, իսկ երկուսին մանկատուն են հանձնել:

Մեր հարցմանն ի պատասխան՝ Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության ներկայացրած տեղեկատվության համաձայն՝ 2014 թ. բուժհիմնարկներից մանկատներ ուղեգրված երեխաների թիվը եղել է 67, որից առողջական խնդիրներ ունեցող երեխաները 32–ն են, նրանցից 2–ն էլ սպինա բիֆիդա հիվանդությամբ տառապող երեխաներ են: 2015 թ. մանկատներ ուղեգրված երեխաների թիվը մի փոքր ավելի է եղել՝ 75, որից 42–ը առողջական խնդիրներ են ունեցել, նրանցից 2–ը սպինա բիֆիդա հիվանդությունն ունեցող մանուկներ:

2016 թ. արդեն դրական շարժ է նկատվել, քանի որ հիվանդանոցներից մանկատներ ուղարկված երեխաների թիվը նվազել է նախորդ տարիների համեմատությամբ մոտ երկու անգամ: Նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում ունեցել ենք մանկատուն ուղարկված 39 երեխա: Նրանցից 23–ն ունեցել են առողջական խնդիրներ, որից էլ միայն մեկ երեխա է ունեցել սպինա–բիֆիդա հիվանդությունը:


Հ.Գ. Սպինա բիֆիդա հիվանդության դեպքում նյարդային խողովակի մի մասը չի հասցնում զարգանալ կամ ճիշտ փակվել և առաջացնում է ողնաշարի և դրա ոսկրերի արատներ: Հիդրոցեֆալիան ողնուղեղային հեղուկի քանակի ավելացման հետևանքով գլխուղեղի հեղուկ պարունակող տարածությունների մեծացումն է։
