«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է.

«ԱՄՆ-ը ու Ռուսաստանը մշտապես կայուն աշխատում են Արցախի հակամարտության կարգավորման ուղղությամբ։ Միակ հնարավոր բացասական ազդեցությունն այն է, որ ուշադրությունն այս տարածաշրջանից պակասի եւ տեղի ունենա այն, ինչ անցյալ տարի, կրկին միջազգային համայնքի անուշադրության հետեւանքով։ Գոնե այս հարցով զբաղվող դիվանագետները չպետք է կորցնեն բանակցային թելը՝ անընդհատ աշխատելով կողմերի հետ հանդիպումներ կազմակերպելու ուղղությամբ։

Ռուս-ամերիկյան ներկայիս լարվածությունը հաղթահարելու համար գերտերություններից լուրջ դիվանագիտական ջանքեր են պահանջվելու, ինչը կարող է բացասաբար անդրադառնալ այլ հակամարտությունների ուղղությամբ նրանց ուշադրության վրա»,- «168 ժամ» թերթի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք է հայտնել գերմանացի վերլուծաբան Ալեքսանդր Ռարը՝ անդրադառնալով ռուս-ամերիկյան լարվածության հնարավոր ազդեցությանը ԼՂ հակամարտության գոտում տիրող իրավիճակի վրա։

Իսկ թուրք վերլուծաբան Չենգիզ Աքթարի խոսքով՝ ստեղծված իրավիճակից կարող է փորձել օգտվել միայն Ադրբեջանը, որը հստակ նպատակներ է հետապնդում այս հակամարտությունում։

«Կողմերը, հատկապես՝ Հայաստանը, այս դեպքում պետք է զգոն լինեն, քանի որ դրա բացակայության դեպքում Ադրբեջանը կարող է իրավիճակից օգտվել այնպես, ինչպես ռուս-թուրքական սրման դեպքում։ Անցյալ տարվա ապրիլից առաջ եւս որեւէ մեկը չէր սպասում, որ կլինի պատերազմ, որ կլինեն պատերազմով շահագրգռված կողմեր, բայց եղան։ Զգոնությունը երբեք չի կարելի կորցնել»,- ասել է թուրք վերլուծաբանը։ Վերջինս չի կարծում, որ Ռուսաստանը կփորձարկի Թրամփին Ղարաբաղյան գոտում, քանի որ Ռուսաստանն արդեն իսկ սկսել է նահանջի քաղաքականությունը»:
