«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարի տեղակալ Արման Խաչատրյանը 504 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար և 195 հազար եվրո փոխառություններ ունի: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք նրա՝ Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողով ներկայացված 2016 թ. տարեկան հայտարարագրից:

Պաշտոնյայի դրամական միջոցները նախորդ տարի էականորեն նվազել են: Տարեսկզբին նա ունեցել է 8 միլիոն դրամ և 30 հազար 750 ամերիկյան դոլար: Տարեվերջին դոլարով արտահայտված դրամական միջոցներն այլևս չկային, իսկ դրամն էլ նվազել էր և դարձել 5 միլիոն 315 հազար դրամ:

Տարեկան եկամուտները ստացվել են 638 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձից և 22 հազար 991 ԱՄՆ դոլար և 3 հազար 740 եվրո տրված փոխառությունների դիմաց ստացված տոկոսից:

Նշենք, որ Արման Խաչատրյանը մի քանի ամիս է ինչ զբաղեցնում է Տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարի տեղակալի պաշտոնը: Մինչ այդ նա եղել է վարչապետի խորհրդականը:
