39-ամյա տղամարդը խանդի հողի վրա դանակի 3 տասնյակ հարվածներով սպանել է կնոջը

ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության օպերատիվ կենտրոնից սեպտեմբերի 27-ին` ժամը 15:00-ին, Մալաթիայի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել: Զանգահարել է մի քաղաքացի և հայտնել, որ «Մալաթիա» տոնավաճառում դանակահարություն է կատարվել:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ահազանգից րոպեներ անց Մալաթիայի բաժնի ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներն արդեն տոնավաճառում են եղել: Վարագույրների վաճառքի տաղավարներից մեկի հատակին ընկած է եղել մոտ 40 տարեկան կնոջ անշնչացած մարմին՝ դանակի բազմաթիվ հետքերով:
Ոստիկանությանը հաջողվել է արագ պարզել, որ դանակահարվածը տաղավարի տերն է եղել՝ 38-ամյա Հեղինե Դալբազյանը: Դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել ժամը 15:45-ի սահմաններում, իսկ կնոջն անմարդկայնորեն սպանողը՝ ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների, ամուսինն է եղել՝ 39-ամյա Արտակ Առաքելյանը, ով լքել էր տաղավարը՝ մինչ ոստիկանների հասնելը:
Կասկածյալին հեռու գնալ չի հաջողվել: Մալաթիայի ոստիկանների պարեկապահակային ծառայության աշխատակիցների համատեղ գործողությունների շնորհիվ հենց շուկայի տարածքում էլ հայտնաբերվել ու բերման է ենթարկվել ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժին: Կարճ ժամանակ անց Արտակ Առաքելյանը ներկայացրել է դաժան հաշվեհարդարի մանրամասները: Նա պատմել է, որ ամուսնացած են եղել ավելի քան 1.5 տասնամյակ, ունեն երկու երեխա, խաղաղ ընտանիք է եղել, հիշյալ տաղավարում տարիներ շարունակ կնոջ հետ միասին են աշխատել ՝ առևտուր են արել, արտերկրից ապրանք են ներկրել ու վաճառել:
Առաքելյանը պատմել է, որ իրենց ընտանեկան անդորրը մոտ մեկ տարի է, ինչ խաթարվել էր, սկսել են անդադար վիճել, նույնիսկ բաժանվել են, իսկ պատճառը խանդն էր: Արտակ Առաքելյանը կնոջը կասկածել է անհավատարմության մեջ: Պատմությունը սկսվել է մոտ մեկ տարի առաջ, երբ նրանք միասին Թուրքիայում են եղել: Նա պատմել է, որ կնոջ հետ բազմիցս այդ թեմայով խոսել է, փորձել հստակություն մտցնել իրենց հարաբերությունների մեջ, սակայն կինը միշտ ժխտել է կասկածները:
Սպանության օրն էլ ամուսինները սկսել են վիճել այդ խնդրի շուրջ: Այս անգամ ամեն ինչ թեժ է եղել: Արտակ Առաքելյանը ոստիկաններին պատմել է, որ այդ անգամ կինը խոստովանել է. «Ասաց լավ եմ արել, կարողացել արել եմ: Ես ել խփեցի»,- պատմել է նա:
Կինը դիմադրել է, փորձել է դուրս գալ տաղավարից, սակայն մի քանի րոպե տևած ձեռնամարտն, ի վերջո, ավարտվել է ողբերգությամբ: Արտակ Առաքեյանը որսորդական դանակով մոտ 3 տասնյակ հարված էր հասցրել՝ վերջ դնելով կնոջ կյանքին: Փաստի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի առաջին մասի հատկանիշներով՝ սպանություն: Հանցագործության գործիք դանակն առգրավված է, Արտակ Արտակ Առաքելյանը՝ կալանավորված: Քննությունը շարունակվում է:
