Հայ մշակույթը կներկայացվի արտերկրում

 ՀՀ կառավարության տարեկան միջոցառումների ծրագրի համաձայն 2017 թվականին արտերկրում 90 միջոցառում կանցկացվի: Դրանք կիրականացվեն Իտալիայում, Ճապոնիայում, Բուլղարիայում, Հարավային Կորեայում, Չինաստանում, Գերմանիայում, Իրանում, Լեհաստանում և այլ երկրներում: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակիցը զրուցեց ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարության արտաքին կապերի վարչության պետ Լուսինե Քարամյանի հետ:

«Ճապոնիայում համերգային ծրագրով հանդես կգա քանոնահարուհի Մերի Մուսինյանը, կանցկացվի նաև «Արարատը հայի աչքերով» խորագրով լուսանկարչական աշխատանքների ցուցահանդես: Չինաստանում տեղի մոդելները կցուցադրեն «Տերյան» մշակութային կենտրոնի հայկական տարազները: Ինչպես Չինաստանում, այնպես էլ Հարավային Կորեայում ելույթ կունենա «Գողթ» խումբը»,-ասաց Քարամյանը և ընդգծեց, որ Ճապոնիայի, Չինաստանի հետ Հայաստանի մշակութային կապերը բավականին ամուր են: Դրա մասին է վկայում նաև այն  փաստը, որ մի քանի օր հետո ՀայաստանուÕ ´ կլինեն Ճապոնիայի նվիրաբերած շարժական կինոթատրոնները:

Հայաստանն իր մասնակցությունը կունենա նաև Կաննի կինոշուկայում: Մեր երկիրը կներկայանա Village International/Pantiero հատվածում` N226 տաղավարում: «Օտարներին կծանոթացնենք մեր կինոարտադրությանը: Կներկայացնենք նաև նոր օրենքը, որի համաձայն` Հայաստանում ֆիլմեր նկարահանող օտարերկրյա ներդրողներին կվերադարձվի 20 տոկոս հետվճար»,-նշեց վարչության պետը և հավելեց, որ ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարությունը ցանկանում է նաև կինոյի հանձնակատարի ինստիտուտ ստեղծել:

Այդ կառույցը Հայաստանում կներկայացնի արտերկրում նկարահանված ֆիլմերը և կզբաղվի արտերկիր հայկական կինոյի արտահանմամբ: Կառույցը պատասխանատու կլինի Հայաստանում նկարահանվող բոլոր ֆիլմերի  մարքեթինգի,  հանրահռչակման ու եկամտի համար:

Շարունակելով կինոյի թեման` Լուսինե Քարամյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ Ուկրաինայում Հայաստանի դեսպանությունը դիմել է ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարությանը «Հայֆիլմ» կինոստուդիայի 15 ֆիլմեր ձեռք բերելու համար, որոնք տարվա ընթացքում կցուցադրվեն ուկրաինական հեռուստաալիքներով:

Հայաստանը կմասնակցի նաև Իտալիայում կայանալիք Վենետիկի բիենալեին, որը ժամանակակից արվեստի բնագավառում ամենախոշոր միջոցառումն է:

Այս տարի Հայաստանի տաղավարը ներկայացնելու են սփյուռքից, Հայաստանից և Իտալիայից երեք արվեստագետ: 2015 թվականին Հայաստանի տաղավարը, որը նվիրված էր Հայոց ցեղասպանությանը, առաջին տեղը զբաղեցրեց` արժանանալով «Ոսկե առյուծ» գլխավոր մրցանակին:

Հայաստանը մասնակցելու է նաև Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի խաղերին, որոնք կանցկացվեն Աֆրիկայում: Մեր երկիրը յոթ մասնակից ունի այնտեղ:

«Անձամբ ներկա եմ եղել արտերկրում անցկացվող որոշ միջոցառումների ու պետք է շեշտեմ, որ ոչ միայն հայկական սփյուռքն է մեծ ոգևորությամբ այցելում  կազմակերպված միջոցառումներին` համերգային ծրագրեր, ցուցահանդեսներ, գրքերի շնորհանդեսներ, այլև օտարերկրացիները»,-նշեց Քարամյանը:

Այս տարի լրանում է Հայաստանի և բազմաթիվ երկրների միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 25-ամյակը: Այդ կապակցությամբ տարբեր միջոցառումներ կանցկացվեն ինչպես Հայաստանում, այնպես էլ արտերկրում:
