Երևանի Գեղարվեստի ակադեմիան կկոչվի Հայաստանի գեղարվեստի ակադեմիա

ՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ Երևանի Գեղարվեստի ակադեմիան անվանափոխվում է Հայաստանի գեղարվեստի ակադեմիա: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանի ներկայացրած որոշմամբ՝ ակադեմիան վերակազմակերպվելում է հիմնադրամի:
Ակնկալվում է, որ դրա արդյունքում հիմնադրամը կունենա լայն հնարավորություն ավելի ճկուն, ազատ, ռացիոնալ, արդյունավետ շահագրգիռ օգտագործել իր գույքը, ներգրավել արտաքին ներդրողների՝ ի նպաստ կրթության, գիտության և կերպարվեստի ոլորտի զարգացման: Կավելանան հիմնադրամի կողմից պետական բյուջե մուծվող հարկերը: Պետությունը կպահպանի նաև հիմնադրամին օգտագործման իրավունքով հանձնված գույքի ճիշտ, նպատակային օգտագործման նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնելու իրավունքը, պահպանելով նաև օրենքով նախատեսված կրթության ֆինանսավորումը պետական բուջեից: Հիմնադրամը ինքն է սահմանում ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեության այն տեսակները, որոնցով կարող է զբաղվել, իսկ ՊՈԱԿ-ի դեպքում այդ ցանկը հաստատում է ՀՀ կառավարությունը: Մինչդեռ ակնհայտ է, որ ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեության չարդարացված սահմանափակումները չեն նպաստում զարգացման գործընթացին:
